I found prices to be very competitive. Great service ! They installed my windows and were very helpful

I would have given no stars if possible. Do not, under any circumstances, allow Window Mart to install your windows or doors. Their prices are competitive for PGT windows. There is no issue with pricing.
However they do not have a dedicated installation crew. They use subcontractors. In the construction industry this is not unusual. Yet it is not as though the used «fictitious name «window installation co. Unprofessional would best suit my experience. Frankly the list of issues I have with Window Mart is long. So to bottom line it. Fit and finish is substandard. Subs/​Crew lack communication skills. Trashed my GF’s house. You get what you pay for.
My advice, spend more of your hard earned money elsewhere. Any window company you might be interested in using, go to an active job site of their’s. Interview the customer. If that is not possible, drop them from your list of possible candidates.
They said they would make it right. The fact is I fear that they will do even more damage.
It’s cheaper to do it right the first time.
Now I am looking for quality craftsmen to correct all of their work.

INCREDIBLY POOR customer service!!! The great big guy behind the counter is rude, and condescending to customers, and for the prices they charge, you’d think he could be a little more human! NEVER GOING BACK, there HAVE to be more glass supply places that actually WANT your business!!!
