Came here with a few friends last night wanted to do kareoke, but it’s just too smokey for us… had no choice but to leave. The patrons seemed very interesting, not the types of crowds I was expecting. But they seemed like friendly and I am sure it’s a fun place to hang out if you don’t mind the smoke.

This is a hard review to write because I do so want to love this place. The Wiley Street Pub is just off US1 in a little shopping plaza. If you didn’t know it was there you might just drive right by. This place is a local dive/hangout, and the locals are rough– rough like on-their-last-legs rough. The place has been here for years, and looks it. It was just baught by a new owner and she is slowly fixing the place up. She hosts karaōke so if that’s you thing this is the place to sing it. The good: Cheap beer! They do their own version of «kill the Keg» where the price starts at a quarter and goes up a quarter every 15 min. They also have Amber Bock for $ 2– all the time! Nice selection on tap and frosted mugs! Darts and Pool table. TV’s. The Bad: Possibly the smokiest bar I have ever been in. No such thing as air filtration here. No food other than bags of chips. Like I said, I want this to be my new place but the smoking kills me(pun intended) and I am looking forward to seeing the old place get a little facelift. I will keep watching… stay tuned.
