This is my second time there. Both times were good experiences. This time, Carmen, was solid. She was attentive and top notch with mani and pedi. She’s relatively new. Let’s hope she stays.

I called around 9:20am and I just needed a wash and cu and i was given a slot before the ten am appointment. The price was good and the hair stylist was good… The only thing is that I also wanted to have my eyebrows done but they didn’t have a well experience staff that was able to do the service. I think if this place has a more staff set up for the different services they offer it would get a five star rating

Allison is the best Nail-​tech in town!!! I have been a customer of Alison’s since my daughter was 2years old… now my daughter is getting her nails done for prom by Allison!

BEWARE – BAD IDEA! A friend gave me a $ 50 gift certificate to this horrible experience for my birthday. She went w/​me & got a pedi, which she said was not relaxing. The Latin woman kept gossiping & asking questions about her life.
We were the only 2 clients in the salon on a sunny Friday morning & we were hoping for great service! Instead, I was told the only free stylist was the older African American woman, who kept gossiping about co-​workers, making faces behind my back & trying to amuse me w/​fake compliments about how much I resembled Angelina Jolie… come on!
She ruined my hair! She processed my roots WAY lighter than my hair. I went back the next day & a younger Puerto Rican girl «fixed» my hair & stained so many areas of my face w/​dark brown hair dye! I was incredibly embarrassed & I had to spend even more time & $ to remove the dye. I will NEVER go back! :(

I really enjoyed my visit to wapas! Sally did an excellent wash and blow dry in my frizzy curly hair. I so only paid an additional $ 6 for flat ironing. I am very happy and will most definitely return!

My sister and I both got gel manicures and regular polish pedicures with Helga. She was meticulous and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend her! If I didn’t live across the country she would be my go to.

Came in for a much needed haircut and eyebrow waxing and was very pleased with the friendless of the staff. Comfortable place that was very affordable. My haircut and eyebrows turned out great and if I am ever in the area agin I would be sure to repeat!

I found my new salon! Tara is fabulous and professional. She is a breath of fresh air with a happy attitude and smile. I’m used to dealing with stylists who feel the need to discuss their woes. Not here! I was welcomed with friendly attentiveness. I didn’t even have to sit and wait. Oh and let me mention that I didn’t have to take out a loan for this wonderful experience.

Been coming here for 8 months now & I must say they are just as professional & as nice as can be as the first day I walked in. Absolutely Love this place & Andrea the GM is Fabulous!!!

They made me wait 25 minutes back and forward trying to talk me out of dying my hair. Finally the lady came to tell me that they didn’t have any dyes…
This was my 3^rd visit and I’m very disappointed and aggravated

This has Taken me a while to write but I was so dissatisfied with this place. The haircut I received was exactly the opposite of what I wanted, I wanted a trim and for my hair cut to be done while it was wet (the hair stylist asked to do it dry, a «no-​no» for curly hair). She cut off about 3 inches and continued to cut my hair after she blow dried it! She cut some, then more and then more. She looked like freakin Edward Scissor hands!!! My hair looks so unhealthy and I will simply never go back:(beware!!!

I’ve had my hair cut here three times and I am more impressed with each visit. Carol is a queen and a very skilled stylist. She always has me looking clean. Other services like waxing and nails are available also. Great haircuts, low prices.

A hair «stylist» suggests a style for the client. They take care of the clients’ image as if they are, themselves, in the chair. Have you ever had a haircut, go for a wash, sat down and wonder wow I can’t wait to see the end result? Don’t expect that here.
A quick trim, wash, and not even a towel to dry off your hair in under 20 minutes is what you get here. You’re telling me I should walk around with wet hair and dab of gel?
Pay champagne prices and they offer you warm beer in a dirty mug.
Here’s a better business model: Instead of going a la carte with your services, why not bundle it into one and focus on the overall customer experience? That way there’s no guessing games and the haircut is straight to the point.
Stay CLEAR away from this mickey mouse operation. I’m actually surprised this establishment is even still around. Maybe it’s for the tourists who don’t know any better.

They have been wonderful. Isis is the best tech ever for manipedis. Any problems at all are corrected immediately.

I moved to the area about 2 months ago and I’ve already come to Wapas several times.
I love that easy vibe of the salon and that I can walk in without feeling pressured to make an appointment. Jeneshka (not sure I got the spelling right on her name) does an amazing job with my blow-​outs and I’ll certainly be getting my next haircut with her.
Prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent

I love Wapas. Coming here since they opened. Owners are fantastic and accommodating. Every month is a surprise no matter who does my hair. Many of my friends have seen my transformation and are now patrons and fans. Local convenient and most importantly up on all of the modern trends

I walked into Wapas as an out-​of-​town visitor looking to get a pedicure for my gross-​looking feet. I was met with professionalism, experts, and an incredibly positive experience. I decided on a whim to get a haircut, too, and got one of the best cuts of my life from Gladys. They accommodated my needs as a customer, were kind, and were thorough and meticulous in their craft. Amazing! Ada did my hair and it came out perfect. She was so nice and knows how to style hair the RIGHT way… This was my first time here and I am so happy I decided to walk in and get my hair done. This place is definitely my new go to place for my hair.

I love this place. They treat me like family. Happy Mothers Day. Is busy toda y but everybody greet me by my name. I recomend this salon to everybody.

Wonderful place with great prices! Ask for Mari, she is amazing for hair, nails, wax, threading. And they close at 7:00 which is super convenient! Wash and blow dry only 29.00.
