The FreakShow Deluxe

I’ve only had the pleasure of seeing Freak Show Deluxe a handful of times at places like CIA (California Institute of Abnormalarts) and Don the Beachcomber down in Huntington Beach. They do a rather eclectic array of events and venues.
They put on quite the variety show performing tried and true sideshow acts like the human blockhead, the bed of nails, glass walking, and fire-​eating, teaming up with people who can perform other skills like knife-​throwing, bullwhipping, trick shooting, sword swallowing, and even balloon deep-​throating (proof:
She managed to get the balloon down her throat, pop it with a pin, gingerly retrieve it while flashing a devil-​may-​care grin, and not gag once).
Pretty entertaining group.

a group of performers who can take on just about any task, all trained professional Sideshow performers… who do everything from family friendly shows, or late night gigs in Hollywood and through out southern California, to being featured acts at Halloween events in amusement parks, and various venues around the U.S. FreakShow Deluxe proves time and time again, that the hand we call talent reaches far and wide, that the human body is capable of many things especially those that often times we think might be impossible.
a large variety of performers always offers for a unique and exciting show… presenting it’s audience with DANGER! MYSTERY! COMEDY! and FUN!
things that come to mind when I think of FSD:
fire eaters, sword swallowers, human blockheads, glass walkers, bed of nails, ladders of machetes, escape artists, magic, pin cushions, contortionists, clowns, whips, jugglers, balloons, stilt walkers, fire dancers, daggers, chains, box of blades, burlesque, talkers, giants, dwarfs, friends, family…
Hard way to make an easy living!
