Yanni had brand names flooring at half price then other and very good quality. It looked easy to install and had a 35 year warranty on it. I had this product professionally installed by Yanni installers and it was pretty easy for the installers to do so. I would not recommend trying to install this yourself unless you are a talented amateur. It did require cutting witha panel saw and more technical things like that. Once the flooring was installed it looked nice and I am happy with the product and service it is easy to clean and to take care of.
