I most recently had the best experience at The Changing Room. This place is a top notch salon. Daniella is an amazing hair stylist. I got a cut, color. & blow dry. & i look 5 years younger!

I had a horrible experience here. I am very nervous about getting my hair cut so finding a stylist who really listens is important to me. I did not find that here. I grew my hair out long so that I could donate it. I wanted to donate it to Pantene Beautiful Lengths, which accepts donations that are at least 8 inches long. That’s what I wanted to donate. 8 inches. I asked my stylist to cut off no more than 8 inches. I showed them how much was 8 inches. They kept telling me Locks of Love doesnt accept donations that short and I repeatedly told them that I would be donating to Pantene, not Locks of Love. To get to the point, the stylist cuts off about 15 inches of my hair instead of the 8 that I asked for. This place is awful. They don’t listen, communication is bad… I can’t find anything positive to say about this place. Go somewhere else!

I have been looking for a salon to cut my straight barely-stylable asian hair. I thought I found the place, but the results were rather a tad bit disappointing. They have a Japanese stylist, she is pretty trendy, but may be a bit brash on hair advice. For the price, she is definitely worth it. My hair has been better styled at other places, BUT for double the price. I guess the saying is «you get what you paid for». The Hong Kong stylist is very nice, but her hair cutting/style is lacking, not as trendy. Also, a hair cut is about how YOU, how the customer feels about it, if you don’t like it, then even if its the best stylist that did your hair, you’re gonna feel blah about it.
