Place smells raw sewage and service is painfully slow. Skip this disaster of a place.

I love this smoothie place. Although the place can use a makeover the staff is friendly and it’s always busy. The smoothies are thick and taste great, not so expensive and you get a lot for your money.

I walked in for a few minutes, took a look at the menu and walked right out. I couldnt concentrate at all with the pungent stench in there. Just sour and gross. I looked around to see if anyone else noticed and maybe they did because they all had sad expressions on their faces. The walls were bare and the place was just uninviting and dirty feeling. I would not ingest anything from there.

I was craving a chocolate protein shake during my work break and found this place using Unilocal.I arrived here and no one was ordering food so I was quickly attended. They took over 15 minutes to make a simple protein shake. The protein shake tasted like watered down chocolate. It was disgusting. Not to mention the staff is terribly unprofessional. I will not visit this location again. Seven dollars for a watered down chocolate protein shake is definitely not worth it.

Do not eat here; it’s not fresh! I ordered a Mediterranean Wrap, and it was disgusting. The lettuce was old and a green pepper slice still had the label. I’m sure the lady preparing the wrap noticed the old lettuce and did not care about this!

I love this place ! I go almost every day. I sometimes wish they hired more people because it can def get busy during lunch hour but I call ahead and they always have it ready for me.

We came for «Happy Hour» where you buy a wrap and get a free smoothie. At first, (even though the staff was unprofessional and loud) things seemed okay. We ordered, got our smoothie and they said the wrap would be out soon…30 MINUTES LATER, we got a cold, soggy nasty wrap! It was disgusting. Not to mention, by then we had finished our smoothie waiting on the wrap and the whole idea was to eat the wrap WITH the smoothie. We asked for our money back and we were promptly refunded; they almost acted like they were used to giving refunds. SMH. This place might be good for the smoothies, but the wraps and the customer service suck!

I love this place and stop in whenever I’m in town. The place has dine in or carry out. I always order to go and eat back at my hotel. They have a lot of options on their menu. Everything is made to order. The salads are delicious, fresh and flavorful. The smoothies are great too. The employees have always been kind and helpful. I will be back on my next trip and recommend to anyone who is looking for a fresh and healthy meal.

I was enjoying my Sunday when I decided to get a nutritional smoothie. As I walked into the place the lady was very rude and nasty. Didn’t want to explain the ingredients and was very dismissive. Very sloppy dressed and simply inadequate to hold this position. I would not recommend this place at all.

Lemon high protein smoothie is my #1. Strawberry banana and chocolate high protein are awesome as well. Basically everything off the high protein shake list.

50% of the times I come here I’m disappointed in their smoothies. Smoothies take about 20 mins to make here. Outrageous. Wish there was a closer smoothie shop.

So unprofessional. The girl was on her cell phone talking so loud making smoothies and telling her girlfriend that she wants another job! Really?
Waited 5 minutes to find out I couldn’t get a smoothie because the CC machine was down? Thanks!
My frist and last time here.

Absolutely awful every time. One of the slowest spots I’ve ever been to. The smoothies are good but service is shotty. However it’s one of the only smoothie places in Hollywood. Owner should hire more people so it doesn’t take 15 – 20 minutes to get a smoothie whether you are the only one there or there’s 5 people ahead of you.

So slow I walked out. One person behind the counter. Not the most friendly people either, reassuring you that it’s worth the wait. Smoothies are ok but I had to change it to zero. Never like giving zeroes but I had work to get to and 20 minutes to order/​get a fruit smoothie is plain unacceptable.

I don’t understand why half of the reviews are poor. Not one of the low reviews have had more than one check-​in whereas my check-​ins here are in the double digits. I have been enough times and I have always had great food and delicious smoothies. One of the complaints i have seen is with the speed of service. I agree that the service is slow. But consider, that these types of places are trying to serve you fresh, healthy options. If this is not what you want then go to McBurgWendy’s. I enjoy going after the gym so to solve the speed of service problem, I always call ahead. When i arrive my order is either ready or ready in under five minutes. Also, every time I have ever ordered I always ask for one ingredient to not be on my wrap and they have never gotten one of my orders wrong. I have tried every single one of their wraps and they all taste delicious. You can taste the freshness of their healthy ingredients.
Smoothies are terrific! They have one of the largest selections of flavors I have ever seen! I mostly purchase the strawberry and banana and it is so tasty that i always ask what other ingredients they add and they always tell me just strawberries and bananas. This is what I want to hear! I don’t want extra sugars and products. However, if you do, they’ll add yogurt too. Of course they’ll also add protein to your smoothie if that is what you desire.
Lastly, Smoothie Café offers wonderful deals. There is one deal on the weekend that I don’t pay too much attention to because it is for kids, but they offer some kind of deal if you come with your child. Every purchase you make you will receive a mark on your punch card so repeat business will earn you easy saving. The best deal is their happy hour special after 5PM if you buy a wrap then you receive a free 20 ounce smoothie. For less than $ 8 you get a wrap and a smoothie!

Food horrible smoothies horrible the girl that works there with the blonde hair digging in your nose making smoothies I advise you to go to powers smoothis on Palm Avenue and Pines Boulevard!!!

I used to frequent this place when it was Smoothie King. I would buy multitudes of smoothies for customers and get fast, friendly and courteous service. I did not know about the ownership change when I popped in here today with my son.
Funny, as soon as I walked in without knowing about the change, I could detect a different vibe. The place looked dingy, almost dirty. The clientele was very rough around the edges (and so was the staff!). I could not say the staff was rude, but they were not friendly at all. When I went to the spot where orders used to be taken I was abruptly told to move to the other end of the counter to give my order.
My son’s 20 oz chocolate peanut butter smoothie took 10 minutes to make. It was fairly tasteless and gritty; nothing we would ever order again.
To tell the truth, I got such a bad vibe from this place, that even if the smoothie was delicious, I don’t think I could return.

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have great reviews. But they have great protein shakes and I see a lot of people getting food there everyday. Also, the staff there are really nice and really helpful and always have a smile on their face. They also offer a card with every time you get a drink you get a stamp so you will get a free drink. I love the place! & I think it’s fantastic

Ever since the ownership has changed the service has gone downhill. It is always extremely slow. One day I called ahead to place about 3 orders and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there 20 minutes later and still had to wait an additional 15. I requested for all dressing to be on the side, of course it was not. The food tastes fine, so today I gave the place another try. This time I had the pleasure of placing my order with the «owner» himself. I ordered a smoothie and a chicken Caesar wrap and told him NO dressing. He goes to ring me up 20 minutes later cause the service is THAT slow and to no surprise, dressing was on there and he looked at me like it’s no big deal. I told him I didn’t want it and he just said okay. Didn’t seem like he cared at all nor did he offer to remake it. Officially given up on this place. Barely deserves the one star.

Since it changed ownership & changed names from «Smoothie King» the products they put in their smoothies are definitely NOT the same caliber! Extremely disappointed.
