I went to Toyota Scion of Hollywood because I wanted to test drive a Prius, I was thinking about getting one for a while. I went in and the sales representative Moe was so attentive, nice and very informative. He showed me a lot of cars and told me the difference between all of them. I was there for a while and he was so patient with me and no pushy, I didn’t feel rush. I am very happy of the experience I had, the staff was very inviting and tended to my needs.
I can not say enough about Scion of Hollywood, and more specifically about Moe, Jeff and Steve. Im so happy with my new car and the service I received at Toyota Scion of Hollywood I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and anyone who wants to buy a car. You guys are the BEST!!!

I’ve had my trusty Scion xA for about eight years and have had very few problems, but over the weekend the trusty check engine light came on and I figured I should get it checked out.
The incredibly awesome Alejandro took my car immediately (even though we didn’t have an appointment), diagnosed the problem quickly (broken vacuum hose), replaced the part, and had it all ready to go within an hour. He called about a less-​serious problem, I decided I didn’t want to deal with it right now, and that was it.
Had a similar experience last time I had to bring the xA in for a checkup. The service here is consistently excellent.

I can not say enough about Scion of Hollywood, and more specifically about Ali. After the fiasco I had at that other dealership, I was really looking at getting another car all together, then I get a call from Ali. He was very professional, updated me on my car, and was just very accomodating. I could not be any more happy with my car, or with the service I received from Ali. You guys are the BEST!!!
