Pumpkin Shell No 3

I had my child in this facility for approximately a year, my first thought of the school it was a bit ghetto, parking is horrible… but it was convenient because they are open till 7pm. Ms. Lisa and Ms. Maria are very nice and very helpful I never had any issues with them they are professional, understanding and are willing to help in anyway possible. Recently I received a call from from the director and she was requesting payment (which I pay every two weeks according to my pay schedule which has never been an issue) she starts with letting me know that the owner is demanding payment or I have to go pick up my child. When I said no, she told the director to have me leave my job during my lunch and make the payment or come pick up my child. I told her there is no way I was driving 35 minutes away to make a payment I was planning to do in the afternoon, then the owner asked the director to tell me ask someone to pay it for me or to come pick up my child. At that point, I reminded the director that I was coming in the afternoon to make my payment as I had always done and that my child will no longer be attending a school where the owner is disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. I can only imagine I am not the only parent that feels this way and I know for a fact those teachers do not like her way of running the school. I DO NOT recommend this school to anyone!!! Stay away!!!
