Poblano’s Mexican Fusion

Yeah, glad Unilocal aided me on Food Truck Mondays for my decision to try Poblano’s. They were indeed quick, friendly, and high quality. The quesadilla I had was absolutely incredible. Quite possibly the best quesdadilla I’ve ever eaten! These guys have passion for their business and I have mad respect. Probably will visit again when they are at the circle.

Ahh. Poblano’s! Just the thought of their delish bites makes my mouth water. How do I love thee. Lets me count the ways… Ha!
Service is a huge deal to me — I want someone to be attentive but not «pour it on» and certainly not the opposite and completely forget about me. Erez (the owner) is one of the coolest guys out there — super nice, sincere, funny as heck and a badass cook! I’ve used Poblano’s several times for events at work and they are spot on! They always arrive early and are ready to serve prior to the event even beginning — which is awesome because as soon as the clocks hits, there is an insane line waiting for food. Erez is always interacting with each and every guest — and everyone always leaves totally satisfied and wanting more. Service with a smile, for sure! He shows true pride in what he does. and for good reason. the food is Amaze!
Food. oh, the food! I’m not even sure where to start as each item is better than the last. The food is fresh, flavorful, authentic and so scrumptious! I have two go-to’s: A chicken burrito bowl and the Loaded Nachos w/​the Loco Meat — Dang! Don’t say I didn’t warn you. that Loco Meat is insanely delicious and addictive! They both sound like simple enough options but the chicken is cooked just right, the beans and rice are perfection, the homemade chips, then add the cheese & secret Poblano’s sauce. you are in for a treat, my friend! What more could you ask for?! I know! The Sloppy Juan! A major hit! Loco Meat (I need this in my life everyday) piled high on a perfectly toasted bun w/​cotija cheese, secret sauce and pickled onions. Wow! Trust me when I say that this «sloppy joe» will knock your socks off!
The next time you see Poblano’s. STOP! You must try out this truck. it will soon be one of your fave’s!

I’m a Texan who misses my Mexican food dearly. For my son’s birthday, we had a Mexican fiesta and hired Poblanos to bring the truck and cater. They did NOT disappoint. They were professional, arrived early, friendly with all the guests, and most importantly the food was DELISH! I had my family in from Texas (Mexican food snobs) and they raved about how delicious the food was. Authentic and delicious, and the fact that they’re portable is amazing. Guests were thoroughly excited to get a food truck experience and blown away by the food. I plan to track these guys down throughout South Florida so I can become a regular!
If you are thinking of having a statement at your next event, don’t think twice before hiring these guys. Super easy to work with, quick response times, and amazing food! Your guests will be thoroughly impressed, and you’ll be so full and content that you won’t even feel the stress of entertaining. If you are at a food truck rally and debating which truck to choose, this is the way to go. Viva Poblanos!

I love this truck! This is my favorite food truck. It is clean, fresh and delicious! I live in Flagler Village close to Rhythm and Vine and Food in Motion — sometimes I make sure to stop by those places just for this truck! Food is very fresh with amazing vegetarian options. I would 100% suggest Pablanos as a catering option for any event!
You’ve gotta check this truck out! You won’t be disappointed.

Came out to my church today. For our 15 year anniversary and let me say. His tacos are exquisite. The chicken quesadillas are to die for. Highly recommended!!!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. Erez and his business partner were awesome! We had them cater a private corporate lunch while we were in south Florida on a business retreat.
The food was phenomenal, their take on Mexican fusion is original and refreshing. They catered to each person’s tastes and all the food was done so quickly. We could tell the ingredients were fresh and the quality was excellent. You can definitely tell these guys truly care about what they serve. Will definitely call up Poblanos next time I’m in south Florida. Such a fun experience

FANTASTIC! Poblano’s catered my house party yesterday, and was an absolute hit. Everyone thought the food was absolutely amazing, and Erez and Josh were a pleasure to work with. Not only was the presentation beautiful, but the food tasted so fresh, authentic and delicious. I would definitely recommend them. Certainly the best Mexican food truck in South Florida!!!

Amazing food and service!!! They catered my daughter’s 1^st Birthday and made the day so special for us, everyone loved the food! Everything is so fresh and delicious! Will be using them for every event!

Hit up the Poblano’s food truck while at Funky Buddha Brewery watching the USA soccer game. I ordered 3 chicken tacos on soft corn shells ($ 8) and they took about 10 minutes. Added one of their hot sauce selections and dug in. Pretty tasty tacos… not amazing, but pretty good and they hit the spot. I like their «Poblano’s sauce» which was like a tangy pink sauce they put on there. They were decent and I’d order again…

I really wanted to like this truck but sadly I was very disappointed. I went to the Hollywood Food Trucks on Monday night and got the Sloppy Juan for $ 8.50. Really not impressive, so sad cuz it makes me not want to go back. For $ 8.50 I got a sad little bun with ground meat w/​fluff on top (cilantro, chopped tomatoes, etc.) between 2 buns and tortilla chips on the side with nothing on it. It tasted alright, nothing to rave about and «Sloppy» was not the word for this. Totally did not get my money’s worth. Should’ve gotten the nachos or quesadillas cuz this fusion was a flop!

Saturday night we stopped by Funky Buddha Brewery (that was a disaster), but the best part was this little gem of a food truck. My friend had tried them before and when she saw them in the parking lot, she almost had a heart attack, saying their quesadillas were the best. After leaving the brewery, we b-​lined to Poblano’s. The two guys were super cool and friendly. My girlfriend of course ordered the quesadillas which were big enough to share with the other girl. I ordered a single soft shell taco, with beef and chorizo. WOW! the presentation was superb, it was the prettiest taco I’ve ever seen. It was perfect… and spicy! The quesadillas were being passed around cause they were so tasty. Que rico!!!

Everyone else gave the truck give stars, and it is well deserved indeed.
Not only were they parked outside Epic Beer (aka Oakland Park’s Funky Buddha Brewery) but they wined and dined me. I honestly felt like they should’ve pulled up a red carpet next to where they parked.
The «guaco tacos» were fresh and divine – ever had a pepito? Because it was covered in similar delicious sauces. Also pickled onions! Egads!
Twenty million kinds of hot sauce adorn the shelf on the side. With ghost and scorpion pepper sauces by request!

I never leave reviews for good experiences, but in this case people need to know how good the burrito tasted.

This is the best taco I’ve had in a long time. The food was so fresh and gratifying I was on the border of ordering several to bring home to the family. I had my own self proclaimed contest going on at Magic City Casino. Since today’s theme was Mexico Independence Day I went to every Food Truck whom served tacos and ordered one. It was the only logical thing to do just to be sure.
Why five stars for a Food Truck? For one, I did ask, they make their own hard taco shells. If you don’t think that makes any difference then, you’ve been eating at Taco Bell for too long. The meat and everything that went in the taco was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Secondly, they are on every Social Media Site imaginable and it is proudly displayed on their truck. These two things alone deserve a fifth star. Customer Service? How he was able to remember me after two hours with that many people at this event when I went to thank them was very impressive. I sat and observed for a while from afar, every customer was attended to swiftly and efficiently. Including many whom had questions. I will be looking for them next time.
