I have been going to Dr. Todd Minars for several years now, and have always received nothing but the most friendly, professional and timely services. Their office is immaculate and very nicely decorated in the waiting area. Going to the dermatologist isnt always the most fun thing to do, but the whole staff at Minars Dermatology makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you Dr. Todd for always being on the cutting edge of your field… I will always trust you with my skincare needs!

My whole family goes here and we love it here! Everyone is so nice and so knowledgeable and treats us like family the minute we walk in the door. We all see Dr. Todd Minars and he is very patient explaining everything so my younger daughters can understand any procedure he might be doing. The office is extremely clean. And they do an amazing job with scheduling; I have never felt forgotten in the lobby area because I have never sat there long enough. I definitely recommend seeing Minars dermatology for any dermatological needs you might have!

Highly Highly recommend!!! I’ve only seen Diane, aesthetician, she’s the sweetest most knowledgable. She does a great work and has a great follow up!

I am super happy about my results with laser hair removal. Diane M. Takes her time, speaks to you to kinda take the edge off, and even offers touch ups in between visits. I love it that I go months and months without hair growth on both my face and bikini area and the fact that my hair grows out thinner and thinner after each visit. Wooo woop, excited… I’m a happy client.

BEWARE!!! They are crooks and DO NOT care about their patients. Do not be fooled by what you see when you enter– wolf in sheeps clothing! I was sent to collections over $ 42 for an appointment a couple months ago to have something removed from my breast, not one of their fancy elective procedures or services. The reason the $ hadn’t been paid immediately was because they first took $ 150 from me that day (I have insurance mind you) and then proceeded to deduct more money from my account and represent to me that that money came from my insurance and that I STILL owed them $ 42. While the research was being sorted out they were SO KIND as to send me to collections AND CHARGE ME $ 12 to do so!!! They gladly still took my money– $ 50+ and didn’t have a care in the world doing so or care about the effect that that $ 42 collection will have on the next 7 years
SCAM ARTISTS!!!
STAY AWAY and Take the time to find a doctor/​doctors group who actual cares about their patients as well as the patients health and well being, as opposed to how much money they can take from you to fund their big homes and fancy cars

I just had a quick skin check, so can’t comment much in depth. I liked how up to date they are with technology– you can email your insurance card to them. Some places are still weird about having it on your phone.
Everyone was pleasant and I was seen on time. Practicioners name I forget, started with an M, but she was really nice and put my mind at ease on some suspicious moles.
Keeping an eye on the billing as I read some reviews on here about overbillling. Will update if necessary. They did call before to let me know my insurance had been flagged– which makes no sense as its been accepting claims fine all month.

This is by far the best dermatology place around. The doctors are very caring and thorough. The staff is great and very helpful. I recommend Minars Dermatology to everyone. I just wish they had Minars Dermatology in Boston where I currently live now!

As a parent you look for kindness and confidence when having your children treated. This is what I found with Minars. Both of my children see Dr. Huo and we couldn’t be more happy with the results each time. I have recommended this place several times and am surprised by the reviews on Unilocal.I have never had a problem and will continue to recommend Minars to others.

I don’t need to be chastised by the office worker for not have the $ 400– to 800 to dish out every month in order for my son not to have grotesque acne. I was told quote: «you haven’t brought him here in a year! Shame on you! Well, don’t even bother coming if you can’t afford to pay for his monthly medication. Thanks for the great warm fuzzy feeling and great customer service (sarcasm) Maybe, if they trained their medical staff on sensitivity. Not everyone can be fortunate enough to be able to pay for the accutane medication. I don’t need to be shamed, and belittling by them. Actually just taking it for a month cleared his acne for about a year.

Do not go here they will rip you off and end up treating you for something else not to mention raising the prices in between the regular price for the same exact treatment. They put me in collections even after we made a deal. Overpriced and useless.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are African American. I went looking for a solution bc I have dark circles, hereditarly, but I want a solution. This idiot of a nurse partioner tells me I have some superficial skin problem that causes darkening around the NECK, ARMS nd other FOLDS on the body. Wtf that has to do with EYES?!? And when i looked up this skin conditon I could see why she would mention bc I have slight discoloration on my neck but I didn’t go in for that. It mad me even more upset bc she then proceeded to tell I should lose weight bc that skin conditon is associated with diabetes. I am overweight, granted, but I also attend a general dr who would have informed me if I was diabetic. When I told her this she asked me «what do you want me to tell you» uhhh let’s see how about you address the dark circles under and around my eyes. She told me to use make up. Never addressing the cause.

If you go to this office with out insurance, then you will probably be ok. But if you have insurance and they are in network… KNOW YOUR INSURANCE. They don’t charge correctly.
I’m not happy with the fact I have to call this office and tell them to refund back my payment due to over charges. Not happy at all. And be careful, seems as they also charge the insurance falsely to get paid more. So my biggest advice is… Know what you are being charge. And always check to make sure claim is process correctly.
Beautiful office… BUT I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS OFFICE!!!

I have been going to Diane for my laser hair removal treatments on my bikini and lip, and I have to say that the results are amazing. She’s very knowledgable and knows what she’s doing, makes the process quick and easy. So far I’ve had 3 treatments and my hair has slowed the growth rate down to 3 ½ months at a time without hair! Amazing !! Completely happy with my results and I can’t wait to continue my journey to hair free .The office is clean and welcoming.

Extremely unhappy with this office. The nurse practitioner Marianna has told me she would call me back on several occasions and hasn’t. She wrote my prescription wrong I paid 50 dollars for the wrong prescription and I have been waiting for two weeks to fix her mistake. She never returns my calls. Will never go to this office ever again. If there was a zero star I would leave that.

I love this place for the reason I have two big brown spots on my face that I been covering up for three years. I’ve been going to spas to do facial and all they did was more damaged. I go to Minars one time and the Dr was very nice to me explained what I had and gave me a cream for my spots, its been 3 weeks and it’s working, it’s fading. I still have more to go but for the first time I don’t have to wear so much make-​up in this FL heat. i feel good again. The place is nice they took my insurance and I paid my copayment. I will go back and tell my friends about this place.

It was difficult finding a professional dermatologist office that first focused on clinical issues and then went on to the cosmetic options. Everyone in the office is pleasant and helpful.
My appointments are always right on time. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a dermatologist, male or female.

I love this place! The staff is very helpful and friendly. When I make my appointments I don’t have to wait for more than one or two minutes before they call my name. I would definitely recommend this place! And Diane Muzic is the best esthetician in the world!

A+ doctors, A+ facility, A+ staff, A+ service. I’m so happy I found this place. I’m extremely picky when it come to doctors but this place has greatly exceeded my expectations. My doctor is Dr. Todd Minars, he’s very knowledgeable and left me impressed with the way he approached and treated my skin condition.
Also, I was interested in some skin cosmetics (laser) and he and his dad (Norman Minars) were able to coach me on the treatment. They are both dermatology professors at University of Miami; it can’t get better than this.

This office is very well organized. There is almost no wait time. The staff are very friendly and professional. I saw Dr Norman Minars who is both very experienced and personable. The procedure was quick and almost painless. I’d definitely come back for future dermatological needs.
