La Clinique Soleil Urgent Care Center

Awful customer service. Don’t try calling, just walk in or find a better place to go. They answered the phone and immediately put me on hold, I wasn’t able to get 1 word in. I sat on hold for over 20 minutes and only once did someone click over to say please keep holding and again put me back on hold without even giving me a chance to say 1 word. I was just trying to pay my bill. Will not come back to this place again!

If negative stars were possible I’d have to give this «clinic» –5 stars. This place has no customer service. The staff shows little to no interest in any service or work they are doing. I had an appointment and sat for hours waiting to be called, after 3 hours the dr. Wasn’t seeing anyone and I was asked to come in the next morning as early as possible… The worst.
To end my horrible experience with the clinic, I called to pay a bill. The people who actually answered the phone after listening to a circular message for 10 minutes answered with «a short one moment» then back to the circular message… This went on. Till I finally was able to speak to someone whom made it seem as if I had just woken her up and was bothering her with my payment.
Happy to be done with this place! Do not recommend.

Clean office and friendly staff. Was seen without appointment and on a Sunday did not have to wait long which was great since my children where with me. They took me insurance I was happy that I didn’t have to go to the emergency room. The doctor was very nice. Would go back if I ever needed to. Lilliane

Not a real Urgent Care facility. This place does take appointments which could be a good or bad thing. In my case it was a horrible experience. I arrived around 9:40am. I filled out all paperwork and even paid my co-​pay upfront. I was waiting for over 2 hours! Before I had to be the one to bring to the attention of the front desk staff that I had not been helped or seen by the doctor. They were non-​apologetic and kept saying how patients with appointments come first. Later they reluctantly admitted there was a mistake on their part but by then it was too late. I had enough of waiting HAD to leave because I had business elsewhere. I am truly disappointed by the cold demeanor and unorganized front desk staff. I never got to see the doctor. Very disappointed. Would go to ER before i went back here.
