Great locksmith. I had a master key that I needed duplicated for some custom wooden cigar locker modules. Thus far my search had been a nightmare. I had been to three separate locations already: Home Depot(who didn’t even have the key type), Lee’s locksmith(who couldn’t make one that would work), and Sharpie’s Locksmith(who also couldn’t get any to work — I went twice). Feeling defeated, I decided to try my luck one last time. It helped that this location was not out of the way back either. Conveniently located on Stirling just West of the 95 exit. I get there with the locker door and key. The moment you walk in you notice that the place is spotless and everything is meticulously organized. The other two locksmith locations I visited were a mess. A nice young lady assisted me and matched up my key to a bunch of similar sized ones. As all others before here she chose one and attempted to duplicate it. Once again, no working key. She asked if I could leave the door for her locksmith to take a look at it and said it would only be about 45 mins. I left the door and awaited a call. About a hour later I got a call from the locksmith and he said he had my keys ready and everything worked. Apparently all they needed was a little grinding from when they come out of the machine and they were good to go. This place was the only spot who were detailed enough to get me the keys I needed and in under an hour. If I ever need a locksmith again I will definitely be calling them.

Was locked out of my condo at 4:30AM. I made one phone call to Key’s and they dispatched a locksmith within 30 minutes. It was a Sunday morning and I didn’t imagine the service would be cheap. The polite, skilled young man quickly picked my lock, and had a new lock installed with keys in less than one hour. He also expertly changed the lock on my mailbox key downstairs(which I had also lost). It was pricey, but fair. I have paid more for an emergency locksmith in the past so I will definately be using this service in the future(well hopefully I won’t have to!)
