Hollywood Wash & Go

Brought a Wrangler here I purchased. Old wrangler thing was filthy, plastic windows were faded, engine bay was also in complete filth. The top was stained. Things a 1994 I don’t think it’s gotten a good wash in a decade to give you an idea. Anyways they did an excellent job! Even offered us an über home while they did the job. Wouldn’t think much of a wash on the side of a gas station but 5 stars and great service. They went above and beyond. If you’re in need of a full service detail this is a great spot.

Took my car there on a Wednesday, did not realize wed is woman appreciation day and it’s only $ 10 instead of $ 15! They did a fantastic job, my car feels like its new! I will definitely be back!

When I googled car washes in my area «Hollywood Wash & Go» was Listed as the number 1 car wash in south Florida, they had a big standard to live up to and exceeded my expectations. I would previously get exterior-​only washes at other car washes and do the inside myself, bc I am extremely picky. At Hollywood wash and go every employee assigned to detail my car has done an excellent job, and are always so friendly and polite. The owner always goes out of his way to make sure things are done properly in accordance to the customers preference. He has (honestly) recommended services that would benefit my vehicles appearance and longevity. The owner, Nick, has also advised against a certain service if he deemed it unnecessary, even when I made the inquiry. This was very reassuring to me, as most men are eager to take advantage of a woman by themselves to make a quick buck. (also the reason I felt compelled to write this review). It’s also Very rare to see a business owner get down and dirty with the employees to really guarantee customer satisfaction. The owner is so knowledgeable about the detailing industry and his products, he is also willing to take the time to explain things to a layman. It is extremely hard to find Small businesses done right, especially in south Florida, but this one is worth the visit, you won’t be disappointed.

Always a hard working group of guys who will not return your car anything short of spotless. A full wash, inside and out, is $ 15 and on Wednesdays there is a $ 5 discount for ladies! You couldn’t ask for a better wash for your money. Thanks guys!

First time visitor and my Jeep looks awesome. :) I believe it was the manager who worked on my SUV. He was very friendly and meticulous. He would have worked 3 hours, if I let him. The ONLY reason I did not give 5 stars is because I was one of their very first customers. I arrived at 8:45 and they open at 9 00. I did not leave until 11:15. They told me it would take about an hour. I didn’t have any place I needed to be until 11:30, so it wasn’t so much of a problem.
Overall great job. I will be back.

5 stars isn’t enough! I live in Fort Lauderdale but was in the Hollywood area and desperately needed a car wash. So I googled several places and decided to go with this car wash as the Unilocal reviews were pretty good. Let’s just say I am so glad I went with this place! The gentleman who washed my car was AMAZING! His name was Jay. The care and meticulousness with which he washed my car was just impressive. He literally washed and cleaned every nook and cranny; I mean my car was SPOTLESS by the time he was finished. It took him longer than the other guys to wash my car but my goodness, it was absolutely worth the wait because he treated my car like it was his own. I’ve had decent car washes but they all pale in comparison to this one. I’m one of those OCD people who swears no one can clean my car as well as I can. Well it looks like someone can, and he’s at this place. I even asked him if he had a little bit of OCD because of how careful and meticulous he was with washing my car lol. But in all seriousness, this place is amazing and Jay was the best! I will totally drive back to this place (even though it’s not near me) anytime I need a car wash. By far the BEST hand car wash I have ever gotten. And the price is unbeatable. I got an exterior wash, interior vacuuming, and express wax, all for $ 20! You can’t beat that and still get quality washes, you just can’t. Thank you Hollywood Wash & Go and a special thanks to Jay for taking such good care of my baby! I absolutely recommend this place!

My girlfriend and I were here in Miami to scuba dive and stayed on a farm. (Don’t ask.) We put our car through salt water and unpaved roads. So it was dirty. I have never seen so thorough a car wash. We had a great experience with these guys. Would come back!

Been there multiple times, it has always been an average car wash but good value for the money.
Brought my parents on our last trip and the new guy tried to charge me $ 5 more than usual for the same size sedan. I questioned the price and he responded that it went up but included some wax that they usually don’t advertise. Looked and felt shady.
Do yourself a favor and find out the price before they start, and be careful what the quote is because they don’t have a sign. They used to but seems like they tried to charge my parents with their out of town plates a different price.

This is my new favorite car wash place! I had such a great experience. I went on Wednesday and got the ladies special :) Steven did an excellent job with my car. I was impressed with how much time and detail he put into it. especially for such a great price. I’ll be back!

I am one of those people that LOATHES washing cars. It’s probably a combination of the fact that I see it as a «boy chore» and too many cheerleader carwashes for years that tainted it for me. It’s become torture. Plus my complex doesn’t seem to have a hose readily available.
I would also rather pay someone every few weeks to wash and wax my car than have to keep all the supplies (which aren’t cheap!). I recently traded in one lease for another, and while having a white car attracts one type of dirt-​having a darker car attracts another. I drove up to this place around 6 on a Wednesday and was surprised by how small it is. It’s actually in the back of a gas station-it’s really easy to pass by. It’s a few yellow tents and not too big.
I mentioned that I wanted a «wash and interior vacuum» which I guess is their detail wash. I have a CRV which is a midsize SUV by their definition. Their base rates (which are super reasonable) are $ 15÷20÷25 for a hand wash and interior detail (don’t think this includes wax). The sizes they show are for car, midsize SUV, and truck/​large SUV. This is totally fair since larger cars take longer to wash and they do everything by hand. You’re not driving through a robot wash.
The guys here are clearly working hard-it’s August and they are sweating (but how much of that moisture is water from the hose they might be spraying on purpose?). There are some chairs for you to chill on while your car is getting spiffed up-​although some of them weren’t completely shaded by the tent. There was a monster fan but it was kind of blowing around hot air. Still helping though. They take their time, so I was sitting around for about 20 good minutes.
Once I was done, there was a little booth where you have the option to pay via Square-​which I love. It was ladies day (Wednesday) so they knock 5 bucks off the top. This was awesome, but don’t forget to tip the guy that washes your car! This is a personal service and they are busing ass! Take care of them! Will totally be back. Ps-​the 10^th wash is free evidently-​not sure how they track that, I wasn’t given any sort of punch card or anything, but would love to look into the option.

Used to be a great spot. Owner stopped coming in and it shows. Stopped in to get a car wash and it took one hour just to vacuum the interior. Had to leave before the exterior was even wet. Management still charged me full price. Very unsatisfied. Would not return or recommend unless you have two hours (no exaggeration) to wait for your car to be cleaned.

I have been coming here since 2008, the employees do a great job and pay attention to details. They remarked that one of my tires needs air.

This is a car wash place where they do everything by hand. My car wash experience started with a basic car wash, which was all done by hand. They vacuumed the interiors. Subsequently, they started the detailing of the outside, all done excellently by hand. At the end I am very impressed. My car is looking new again. They are quick and affordable. Quality of work is really good.

Decided that the three-​week-​old Mazda 3 needed a bath after a dusty week. Saw that these guys had great reviews so we checked ‘em out. They did a fantastic job — $ 15 for a basic exterior wash and interior vacuum. The guys are a trip and seem to genuinely care about your car as though it was their own. They are always laughing and are very friendly.
They offer $ 5 off for ladies on Wednesdays and have various wash and wax packages for whatever your needs are. They offer a plethora of scents for your car too. They also have a customer card where the 9^th wash is free. I definitely plan on bringing our dirty little grand am here this Wednesday!
