Handymendy

Went online in search for a nearby handy-​man and came across this website (
) the reviews appeared legitimate so I went ahead and hired one of the only two workers. I was over charged for a small job of adjusting two closet doors, tightening a closet door knob, spraying two bathroom fans, and tightening a wheel from the dishwasher. According to this gentleman by the name of Eric, that alone ran up a tab of over 100 $. My main issue was with the water running cold within a matter of minutes in the bathroom showers. After maybe 2 ½ hours Eric was doing circles. He just seemed disoriented and did not have the situation under control. He must of gave up when he said the job was done and before we let him depart, we checked the water temperature and it still hadn’t been resolved. He said that the heater needed to have parts replaced and he went to buy two parts for a less than a year purchased boiler. After another hour, Eric turned the heat up a notch on boiler to an unsafe level then he claimed the he fixed the issue. The next day we tried to use the shower and the water grew colder much faster than before he had even came to service the condo. In any event, I called Ron who portrays to be the boss of Eric and he was extremely rude, unprofessional, and hung up the phone on me twice. I told him I wanted him to send us another plumber to resolve the issue and if he couldn’t do so, to simply refund us a fair amount for the failure to service the heater properly. So we contract someone else. Both Ron and Eric failed to provide a receipt, and honor their code of conduct in which they state to never offend their customers with their language, opinions, or actions. I have not been able to contact Ron for an itemized receipt nor to render a refund. RON AND ERIC ARE CROOKS! AVOID USING THESE TWO INCOMPETENT, NONPROFESSIONALS!

Dishonest person. Showed up when he wanted to and did a poor job. I completed installing the ikea cabinets myself. Use at your own risk.
