Dear sir, I never attacked you at all that is a bold face lie. This is simply my opinion and review of what I seen and heard that night almost a year ago. If your dojo is so great than my single review should not matter. Don’t you dare say I attacked you. All your doing is confirming my opinion and review of your character and that you may be teaching the art of tae kwon do but the spirituality of the style and art of martial arts completely missed you it seems. You remind me of some of those young lower ranking black belts that still have many lessons to learn. Don’t you understand the beauty behind the art? To know that every action begins with a thought? And that every action has a consequence? Whether it is positive or negative? I don’t know when or how you were introduced to martial arts but I grew up to the sounds of Gi’s snapping, the sound of sparring and my weekends were spent with my dad going to tournaments. I learned how to handle weapons when most kids were riding bikes. Super Foot Bill Wallace and Chuck Norris were not celebrities they were friends and friendly faces of my dads. I was taught that there is never a winner when it comes down to a fight, that a true winner knows how to talk himself out of a fight. My father taught people how to defend themselves and if they couldn’t afford to pay than that was ok. He felt if there was a desire than the knowledge should be free. Would you do the same I wonder? Would you hold free workshops to teach our local homeless how to defend themselves when sleeping on the streets? Would you teach battered and abused women how to defend themselves even if they couldn’t afford to pay you? Would you do whatever it took to turn a kid around and help he or she to go down the right path? I wonder. My review was honest and fair, nothing was made up and I apologize if the truth hurts. As a matter of fact I said pretty much said nothing to you that night. The truth of the matter is that your the one that came out onto the street and invited us in. I lost interest in putting my kids in your class within the first five minutes of seeing and hearing what you had to say and how you reacted with your students. it is a fact that no one bowed to you coming or going from the dojo. My review should stay because it is simply that. A review. An opinion of my experience, nothing more. That is the beautiful thing about Unilocal is that you can give honest feedback about experiences, to help others decide if maybe they want to eat there or not. I wish you no ill will and wish you a successful and prosperous business which is how you treat your dojo. Have a very peaceful night.
