Cha Chi’s Petstuff and Grooming

The ladies here are the best. They treat our 4-​legged babies as if they were theirs. We have been loyal customers for like 3 years now. Our dogs always get so excited to come here. The care, grooming and all the baked goodies are all fantastic.

We got a spot because someone cancelled and we are very happy with the grooming! Now we understand why they are always fully booked. Our bubby marley got a good haircut. He feels so cuddly and smells so good. He got a free halloween scarf and treats! We will definitely come back here and become patrons.

I took my dog in after he’d gotten a bad case of flea allergy dermatitis for a routine bath and shave hoping that it would help get rid of some of the fleas and soothe his skin. Unfortunately my dog’s skin was so sensitive by then that he wouldn’t allow the groomer to shave him. Instead of just handing my dog back to me and wishing me luck, the groomer gave him a sulfur soak instead and said he’d continue to give my dog the soak once a month until he was completely healed and at a reduced cost. So much love and compassion every visit. I’m so happy these groomers are just a hop and skip away. 3 months later, Combining his meds with this soak and good ol’ TLC. I already see my dog is healing nicely!!!
Why ⁴⁄₅ stars? The place is wonderfully inviting but the hours are not. Cha Chi’s is always booked very far in advance and not open Mondays but I think. If they were to be open on Mondays they wouldn’t always be booked out for days in advance all the time.
