First time opting for bgk breakfast in over 15 years and last time. Worst bgk ever. Avoid at all cost. Zero stars all around. Wow!!! Worst customer service ever!!! Staff is just unresponsive.

We have visited this location a few times(as it’s on our work route) in the past couple of months & it is ALWAYS dirty. This time we arrived & saw a cashier coming out of the only restroom. We ordered our food, then asked for the key as the restroom is locked. The manager(small guy, moustache, black hair) said«we don’t have a key, someone stole it». I said«I saw someone come out of there» & he told me I didn’t. I wanted to blow up but I had already paid for my food. It was lunch time, the place was getting busy. Almost every person asked for the key to the bathroom. The manager was getting annoyed & he said to the cashier where we could all hear him«we don’t let homeless people use our bathroom, they do drugs in there». Mind you, no one in the place was homeless. We were in work attire, people next to us were in there AT&T truck etc. The manager went on to talk about homeless people & how he used to work with one & that they are dirty. All where we could hear this. A few people were complaining out loud like«how do he use the bathroom if there’s no key». The manager was VERY sarcastic & was focused more on talking to the cashiers then working or managing. Everyone in there was a paying customer. The other restaurants close by(Arby’s, Subway) all have the same issue but they never refuse a key to the bathroom to paying customers. I understand the location has some homeless people but none of us were. I found the tone & conversation from the manager to be unacceptable. It appeared that the employees were more worried about having to possibly clean the bathroom then let their customers use it. On a side note, I ordered a meal & asked if I could upgrade my drink size & pay the $ 0.59 that’s listed on the menu & the cashier(heavyset girl, braids, glasses) told me no. I said it’s on the sign, she said«we don’t do that here».

They suck !! How don’t they have barbecue sauce ?? I want chicken fries with barbecue not with No Sauce !! Alsoo, they are not busy to be taking as long as they do.

If you order something you don’t want, you have a better chance of getting what you want than if you order properly. I’ve never been there and not been asked to pull over and wait as they are incapable of handling even the simplest of tasks. One time while pulled over and waiting they brought me the wrong order 3 times. 3 times I checked and it was wrong. I corrected them and they tried to get it right and failed. Did I mention it was 3 times yet? Worst Burger King around. They give burger kings everywhere a bad name and should not be allowed to stay in business.

Worst bk ever! Had to repeat my order 3times due to the fact that the cashier kept telling me «ok pull up» without me even have finish the order… ordered no ice on one of the drinks and its like they heard opposite because it had extra ice. my boyfriends whopper was cold as ice the lettuce was brown and my big king had only one patty so i got the little prince instead :/the only good thing were the fries hence the 1 star

I always liked going to this place cause its close by from my job. So went in got a whopper meal. Few hours there and beyond I got terribly sick and got worst. I don’t know what was the deal about that but never felt like that before. Lately been getting poor service in the mourning on weekends that I barely go to a fast food joint. Will not go back for a looong time.

We were running late today coming back to the office after lunch time, which we spent shopping at Aventura Mall, so I had to run to the BK that’s right next doors to the office and I was bothered by the lack of cleanliness in the place and lack of niceness from the cashier. It so happens that, while I’m waiting for my food, the manager stands right next to me so I hand her our wonderful«You’ve been Unilocaled» red card. She takes it with a smile, looks at it and says to me «what we did?» so I suggest to her that they should be more careful with the cleanliness of the establishment and she says that someone broke off a piece of the soda machine so that’s why it’s dirty, but no one had bothered to clean it. As far as the cashier not being attentive at all, her excuse was that she was new but that she should had been better. What can you expect from the staff when the person that is supposedly in charge, doesn’t really have too much concerns when her clients are not happy. Oh well, I guess this BK will not be seeing us again.
