Action Air Inc

Action Air came to my condo to look at my AC right after I purchased my condo. They fixed the issue but did tell me it required a replacement very soon and that the fix would only be a band-​aid on the problem. Of course they came out two more times for more band-​aids until I finally decided to replace the AC unit. After my condo remodel and dealing with unprofessional contractors I can say that the entire staff at Action Air that I have had the interactions with have been absolutely professional and courteous and what a breath of fresh air. The technicians that have come to my condo have been prompt, professional, clean up after themselves and always explain the issues clearly and educate me on what is going on. I did some comparison shopping and their prices were competitive. The service provided by Bernice at the office, Tyler and Jason (technicians) is great! I won’t have to use them for a while because I now have a new AC unit but if I did I will certainly be calling them back. Thank you for everything.

They installed a new AC system for my condo about two years ago. Since then the unit has had problems twice. The latest is that the fan is faulty and needs to be replaced. The part is under warranty but the work to replace it is over $ 200. This is ridiculous.
