No stars. Asked Ray to come check my pump. He didn’t explain anything he was going to do or the cost associated. Long story short, he disassembled my entire pump system, charged me $ 400, and said to abandon the well. He left everything disconnected and in worse shape than it was, and completely tore up my yard. I now have a large pool of water sitting at the corner of my house after it rains, and have to have a professional excavating company come in to fix the grade. In the end, it cost me $ 2,000 for nothing.
