Always good food. The staff is always above the bar. They have great customer service. We enjoy it every time!

GREAT place to eat the staff is very helpful and the manager Chris Barrow is awesome. He came to check on us several times. When he brought out our food it wasn’t totally right, we said it was ok; but he insisted on getting us another one. Chris and his staff have gained us as customers for a long time to come.

First visit as we recently moved to the area. Great atmosphere, décor and the food was delicious. We will certainly return soon. Staff were gracious, friendly and very accommodating.

Great food. A close second to Chipotle and with the convent Holly Springs locations I find myself coming here a lot. I love how they have the hot sauce bar ranging from sweet to very hot. If you haven’t been and you like Mexican food I would suggest you try it out.

Been coming here since their first store in winter park fla. Since its become a chain, the experience as well as the food has suffered some. The hot sauce bar is not what it once was – i guess not everyone loves hot sauce like me but this is what made the place famous. Oh and the ice? Its the awesome kind. Ive been thru a lit with this place but what i will tell you is that if you are ever not happy, let the manager or if necessary his manager know and they will make it right. The cups are biodegradable btw. And another thing, cali mexican food snob, this is not trying to be mexican food, its most decidedly american tex mex. Very good food for what it is.

Favorite burrito chain so far. I have been cringing every time I come in because of the styrofoam cups. Then I read on the same cup the chain uses «Earth Friendly Products», prompting a skeptical Google search. Sure enough, the eps foam they use is a new product designed to biodegrade only slightly slower than paper. I’m a happy burrito eater today :-)

I work near by so this place is convenient when I forget to bring my lunch, or when I «forget» bc I want to eat tacos /​burritos instead… Vegan refried and black beans! So good.
Love the specials on Tuesday and Thursday — makes it affordable to eat delicious!

Came here twice in one month. First experience was awesome. Manager and server met us at the door and explained the process. Ordered chips and guac and the chips were seasoned, crispy and warm! The guac was so fresh and thick. They don’t skimp on the chips! The Norito bowl was yummy. Food could have been warmer but everything was fresh and well seasoned. Very filling. Huge hot sauce bar. Beer available. Outdoor seating is nice. Second time we went it was packed with students doing a fundraiser and there were no seats outside and restaurant was very noisy. I had to ask for chips but they were very accommodating.

Before my visit to this Tijuana Flats, I had only ever been to the one in Cary. My expectations were pretty high, so I was a little nervous. However, this place was so awesome! I need to make time to go back ASAP. The only thing that holds me back on giving 5 stars is the price. Everything is a little pricey for me, but it is delicious.
I ordered the churros, a large sweat tea, and the bangin’ chicken burrito. I picked up a few of the sauces to dip my chips in, and was pleased with each one! The waitstaff was awesome and very helpful. I look forward to going back soon.

First off the Manager is outstanding !! The food is plenty and good. The wait staff is ok about checking on you but the Manager will check every chance he gets which is great. I really wish that they would get fish and shrimp tacos on the menu. Great service from the manage and no I’m not related to him.

Great place. Always clean, quick service, friendly staff and they have BEER! =) I love their nachos as they are not all about the cheese. The food is fresh and their crazy sauces are fun to try. The vibe is very surfer/​sugar skull/​laid back and cool. Not at all Mexican in my book but yummy and a better choice than Moe’s.

I like to visit Tijuana Flats on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s for the great deals! Tijuana Tuesdaze includes 2 tacos, chips and a drink for $ 5.49 and Throwback Thursdaze includes a burrito, chips and a drink for $ 5.99. This time my boyfriend and I wanted a quick bite to eat after my soccer game on Thursday so we stopped by and both ordered the special with a chicken and black bean burrito. I also ordered a Corona, they have a lime bomber (which I have never seen before) that puts the lime in the Corona easily. I usually prefer to sit outside but it was a bit too muggy this time.
The food came out quickly and the burrito was larger than I expected, I had enough for lunch the next day. I visited the sauce bar and pumped a few of the sissy sauces into the small cups, my tolerance for heat is VERY low. Overall, I thought that everything tasted good!
As far as the service goes, it is always great. If they are available they will get the door for you when you are entering and leaving. They also stop by the table periodically to see how your food tastes and if they can get you anything.
The décor is also pretty neat.

Great place! The chimichanga was delicious, the staff was amazingly attentive. Fun vibe and skull art really pushed it over the top! One of my fave places in Holly Springs. There’s so many choices on the salsa bar and yes we tried them all!

I visited here for the first time today. Granted, I’m from San Diego so I’m a bit of a Mexican food connoisseur, but I was not impressed with the food. The restaurant itself is cool, but the food left a lot to be desired. First, you order and they take your name. Then someone walks around the restaurant yelling «Rachel!» until they find her to give her the food. They serve chips with no salsa — that’s extra. What?! And my tortillas were not warmed, so my tacos were more like a wrap than a taco, and the meat had very little flavor. You also have to wait for an employee to come by and fill up your drink. And speaking of drinks, they use Styrofoam cups — gross! Goodbye environment! I will not be going back.

Love this place. Awesome food, great staff and the support our Military and veterans, what more can you ask for!

Want to say thank you to Scott, Adam and Brittany for taking care of us tonight and earning the usual 5 stars this place deserves. So glad that they have expanded to NC and didn’t forget the values Brian prided himself on when he started in Winter Park way back when, I first started coming here. Can’t wait to come again and looking forward to getting back to Florida to go to the original. This is a place that really does care if you have a good experience and a great meal and will go out of the way to make things right…

The service was good enough and our food was served very quickly. Plus I liked the atmosphere of the place and the chips and salsa. Unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The food was very generic, what one might find at a mall food court not an actual restaurant. It didn’t taste bad but I certainly wouldn’t call it delicious and it was fairly expensive for the quality. I guess I would come back but only because it’s convenient and fast. The food was just blah.

Ordered my favorite Flatuas Carnitas. Yummy as always. I truly love their customer service from opening the door when I first arrive to a friendly waitress offering me a drink while I wait to order. The only thing I would change is not including chips with every order. I mean my meal comes with delicious queso and I would love some chips.

Excellent service. My vegetarian tostadas were delicious. Read that others complained about other dishes not having as much meat, so I cannot attest to that. I got a side of guacamole and didn’t use it all and my server added more to the container and topped it off when I asked for a lid. She also added a bag of chips — on the house.
Thought it was fresh and yummy!
If I’m ever in holly springs again, I’ll come back for sure.
