Absolutely terrible service. Waited 20 minutes after being seated just to order drinks. Ordered food at the same time and it is now 30 minutes after placing order and still waiting for food. I will never eat here again.

Went to lunch on Thursday at 1:10pm New Years eve. I immediately noticed, despite adequate staff, there were many unbussed tables and trash on the floor. My companions were set on some boneless wings so we soldiered past the mess and found a clean table. The waitress took our order for tea and onion rings then disappeared for 15 min. It took 25 min to see our appetizer… considering the place was nearly desserted, I thought that was excessive for 1 order of onion rings. When our wings arrived, the order was wrong. My bone-in wings had almost no sauce and the side salad was wilted and warm… yuck(see pics). As far as meals, go, this was a no-go. My companions said their boneless wings were«okay.» We were there 1 hour 20 min just to eat 10 wings and some onion rings… service was SLOW, food was SLOW, food was almost not edible, and in that hour and 20 min, not a single table got bussed(the waitresses and hostess had plenty of time to talk and play). While B-Dubs remains on my «okay» to eat at… I will NEVER return to this poorly managed location.

You can’t beat eating 65 cent boneless wings on Thursday night while washing it down with a cold beer and watching football. I personally always go with Honey BBQ for my sauce since it is my favorite. Unfortunately I do have a few downsides to our most recent visit: –We were seated at a high top table in the bar but we never saw our server so after a few minutes expired we decided to move to 2 open seats at the bar. –Boyfriend and I both wanted a ranch with our wings, when we got the check we noticed that we were charged for 3 ranch dressings at 60 cents each(you would think that 1 sauce per person would be included with an order of wings) –Boyfriend ordered a 16oz Guinness, when we got the check it was $ 7.25! It said Guinness glass on the check so I am assuming you got to keep the glass? But, this was not mentioned when the beer was ordered and honestly we do not need anymore beer glasses, we just wanted a Guinness.(I got a tall Aviator HogWild IPA and my beer was still cheaper than this)

Have been been back a number of times lately… thankfully little league and men’s softball season is over so the stench isn’t near as bad as it was back in August. Have had some delicious wings lately and decent beer on tap. I’m pulling for you guys!

Its OK. Its a bit expensive for what you get and the wings don’t taste the best, but its in a nice location. If you are willing to drive a bit farther then I would suggest going to hurricane wings in Cary for a better overall experience.

I was obsessed with this place years ago when they first opened in California. Now, not so much. Just stop by here when I’m craving wings. I love wings so this is the perfect place! So many flavors to try! Some of my favorite are medium, Asian zing, jamming jalapeño, carribean jerk, Parmesan garlic and hot bbq! I guess it depends on my mood but everything is delicious! You can ask to try all their sauces if you can’t make up your mind! Super chill place to watch a game and have some drinks. Lots of people were complaining about the service here but I’ve never had a problem with it. They’re always nice. A bit slow but when I’m watching a game or gossiping it doesn’t bother me at all. My friend always gets the nacho appetizer here and I am a fan but it depends on how much I want to eat that night. I’ve got the salads here before and they’re pretty good but the veggies don’t seem super fresh. I’ll stick with beer and wings.

Went for a quick lunch. Had the hankering for some Buffalo wings. Decided since it was just me to sit at the bar. The bartender did an excellent job. Sold me on the«special» a tall Yuengling. Than told me about the .60¢ wing deal sold again! From the time i sat down and was eating my wings could not have been more than 10 minutes. I have eaten here in the past. Service has done a complete 180°!!! For the better. Along with getting your food in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised. So i will bring the family in for dinner. Update: Went back with family. Was not as impressed. Why do so many restaurant managers feel the need when cutting back on labour expenses that servers are the first to go! They get paid $ 2.13 an hour. Get rid of a busboy, dishwasher or the hostess at the off hours. At 5pm there was only one waiter??? He was not able to expedite anything because he was covering 6 or 7 tables. Also the wings where not cooked as well but they where done. My fault for not asking for a more well done crispier wing. The sauce was lacking, hardly any. Also a sticker said mild and they where the wimpiest«buffalo» style i have had in ages. Would drop the review another star. Service service service puts you ahead of 75% of the other restaurants.

Man just moved out here from cali an been wanting to come here for awhile now an i am very disappointed this place has the worse customer service. Not from all the staff. Just Ashley she was very unprofessional an very rude she practically rushed us out. Sad to say i will not be returning to this location i hope Garner has better customer service than this place!

We have eaten here about 4 times over the last few months and we like it! The waiters are attentive and very nice. They are willing to let you taste the sauces before you choose. The TVs are great for watching a game. We’ve tried the wings, sandwiches, and wraps and they were well-prepared and tasty. I think it’s a great spot for a quick meal or game night. It’s not gourmet food, but it’s good!

Oh poor poor BWW.. .if they could get their service to improve more people would love their place. I am in love with their dry rub buffalo wings. it’s addictive. I get extra rub and put it on the wings right before I bite into them. I’ve never had crack but if crack tasted like that I’d be in rehab. Everything else they have is «ok» I come back because one of my friends loves the place. Otherwise I do not frequent. One night I ate alone and ate at the bar. I got a burger and it was on a pretzel. No not a pretzel bun.. .it was a pretzel cut in two. The beef was nothing to brag about but man that pretzel made the burger soar. Have they ever offered it since? Nope. Too bad. The service is abysmal.

They’ve had enough time to hire right, train right and COOK right. I don’t know why myself(and neighbors) get stomach aches after eating here. Mostly kids working there that haven’t the first clue about service BWW is a good brand but HS is an embarrassment to the chain! Disappointed

Everybody on Unilocal hates this place but I don’t see the hate. I don’t love it, but it’s cool. Every time I go there, I’m treated well and the service is prompt, friendly and the wings are good. They aren’t anything like my faves over at Johnny’s Pizza, but they are good. I just don’t get it. My favorites are the Asian Zing and the Parmesan Garlic. Sometimes I’ll take it hot, but not often because that can be hell on my stomach. I think I top out on the Mango Habenero when it comes to heat. But it’s a really rare occasion when I just take it plain or go mild. I figure not every place in NC offers such a variety of sauces, so may as well take advantage of the scene when it’s there. As a sports bar setting, it seems entirely doable. It’s a roomy location with TV’s everywhere, so whether you’re looking for booze, some snacks, or a few games to watch, this is a good spot for either. Not a great spot because it’s just not my vibe anymore. The years are catching up on me and I’m more coffee than Jack Daniels now.

Finally got around to giving this place a shot and wish I didn’t. Food is terrible. For wings being the signature item, mine were mostly dry and overcooked. My son’s chicken tenders were hard to chew and the cheeseburger sliders tasted like something I would get out of the frozen section of the supermarket. We ordered take out so I can’t comment on the service, but I don’t plan on going back anyway.

It’s average for a chain restaurant. We got about what we expected: edible wings, cold beer. I might have rated 3 stars but the price paid(roughly $ 1 per wing) for the quality of the food(below average compared to other restaurants in the area) just wasn’t there.

I have to say, not the best BWW, but probably not the best… is that how the saying goes? In this case it is. Being in the military, I’ve travelled to different bases around the country, and a few miles from all those bases, there is usually a BWW. SO I don’t like to brag, but I’m a BBW expert… I mean BWW. Well I went in to this one with my fiancé and her mom and dad. Throwing race in the mix for story telling purposes, three white people and myself, a yellow person(Asian. Keeping this review full of equality.). We walk in through the door waiting to be seated. The hostess sees us walk in. I am behind my fiancé, not too close where we were touching, but the distance you’d see two junior high schoolers at during their first dance. Either way obviously I was with the her and the group. The hostess walks towards us and says, «table for three?». I am inches away from my fiancé. Literally if I was a stranger, she would be iterated to hear me breathing that close, and I’m a mouth breather! I don’t think it phased her and her family, but inside my head I was thinking, «This person really thought I was some random asian guy coming in here with this white family.»(Broke the equality of this review.) If I was with my friends at the time, I would have said what I was thinking out loud. But, instead of my buddies, I was surrounded by my fiancé and her southern baptist parents. They were paying for the wedding, and I wasn’t going to have them think their daughter was going to marry a heathen until at least two years down the road. This review isn’t about the hostess, that’s an honest mistake, in which I let go(until now) and forgave the mishap. This review is about the wait staff. The whole restaurant had about 7 – 10 tables occupied by patrons. I witnessed about 5 waitresses standing around most of the time in a huddle talking and laughing, while our waiter did all the work. I felt bad for this guy. While the wait staff chilled off in the distance talking and picking their noses, this dude was busting their tables, vacuuming the floor, getting the food, refilling the beverages, and fixing the orders the others screwed up. This guy was busting his butt, being professional, while the others took a full extended day break. Sure I was getting annoyed at the lack of service, but I analyzed why, and the outcome was lazy ass waitresses. I wasn’t mad at the dude, I gave him a good tip. My negative review is on the other wait staff that obviously were hired because of the decent look, and decent is a complement for them. You girls can thank me later. And yeah, the blonde one was picking her nose while the others weren’t looking.

Due to proximity my wife and I have eaten at BWW10+ times. We continue to say — «let’s give it another shot.» We have made a pact that this will never happen again. The food is hit or miss at best — and usually not good at all — while the service is simply awful. Not only that, but drink specials are a joke. I honestly was happy when this place opened but think it is easily the worst restuarant in H. Springs.

Ok… For starters it took a couple of minutes for the host to great us, and it was after 9 o’clock with very few patrons in the place. Once greeted the host was confused where to seat us, he asked us if this was ok… Umm your the host and there are 30 open tables. Now as far as the food, no offense to anyone who cares for their food, they have the worst food ever!!! Our food came out cold and was disgusting! The boneless chicken my girlfriend had was cold to the core and no chicken in the breading, it was as if they dropped a spoonful of breading in the fryer and fried it beyond edible consumption and then stuck it in the refrigerator for an hour then served it to us. My wings were cold as well. We will never be back here! Food was disgusting and beer is waaay overpriced! Over $ 4 for a blue moon? Really? On a good note our waitress was nice and kept our drinks full so that we could wash down our food.
