I went to Maynard motors cause my door handles on the outside wouldn’t open wright just needed tightened because they r brand new 3hrs later no call this is 4:00 in the afternoon so had a friend drop me off 5 people standing around the vehicle but they said it wasn’t done 10mins. Later they drive it out to me find out 300.00 dollars later (wow) just to tighten two handles then Frank tells me they broke the inside handle, no bring it back we’ll fix it for free huh, mind you I’m handicapped with rods and ametal plate in my back so it’s very hard to open the doors, then he’s snorty at the register, I told them I only have 300.00 left ti my name they took it all and didn’t fix the problem (small claims court here we come)

I got the front brakes (rotor and break pads) replaced for my Honda Civic. This place is on my route to work so I stopped by to ask a quote. Steve looked at my car. He patiently answered all my queries and explained me the differences between the 3^rd party parts and the honda’s oem parts. He also gave me details on the exact 3^rd party parts he is using so I could research it online and the warranties on the same. He seemed very genuine and straight forward. His quote was better than most in the area and the parts he used were better.
I dropped of the car in the evening, while returning from work and it was ready by 9am in the morning. He worked on the at 6am to finish it in time as requested.
I am very happy with the brake job and extremely satisfied with the customer service. Would definitely recommend him.
