Verizon

I always get excellent customer service each visit.
I’ve come in a few times with problems with my iPhone and the guys there have been able to help!
Buying a new phone and renewing my contact has always been a stress-​free and they aren’t pushy.
I’ve been coming to this Verizon for 8+ years :)

They are usually pretty fast service and they always find the problem I give them. The people are all helpful and nice.

Went to the Hollister Verizon once again today and once again it was a mistake. Been with the company for multiple years and there customer service sucks!!! The blonde curly haired lady has been overly rude and no help the last two times I’ve been in. The rest of the staff sits there and rolls their eyes at you if you question anything including there massive over charges for nothing. They don’t do anything to to help or work with your needs, they just stand there with a dumb look on their faces and say they can do nothing. You would think after multiple years of being with the company, never once paying a bill late they would do a little more. Bull!!! I am done with this place… they are nothing but a headache to anyone that goes in. You will leave pissed of and ripped off! I am pulling all lines and ties to this company. Way to go Hollister Verizon staff! Probably not the first and definalty not that last to be pushed and pushed to the point of switching phone companys.

Do not go here unless you have hours of time to waste.
They are always extremely slow and have no knowledge of their products.
My last two dealings with them have been so bad, I now drive to Gilroy to get everything done.
Here’s an example:
I called in to Hollister asking for help on a new phone purchase.
The associate I spoke w/​seemed very knowledgeable, found the phone I wanted and offered some great discounts.
He said that if I came in that weekend, he would get it all squared away.
When I arrived on Saturday, I had to wait for nearly an hour to get help.
Finally, the associate I had spoken to previously got the new phone and started trying to get everything hooked up.
Suddenly he looked at his screen, said «uh-​oh» and walked off to the back room — no explanation.
I waited a few minutes then tracked down another associate to find the sales guy.
She came back out a few minutes later and said the associate had made a mistake and couldn’t offer the phone at the price originally quoted (the sale ended during the week).
I asked her why he told me to come in on the weekend if the sale was ending before that.
She got defensive and flippant, basically telling me that there was nothing they could/​would do and I should just get a different phone.
So, I went to Gilroy and bought 2 Droids…

This last time we were in there and picked up a cpl of IPhones, the gal that helped us really knew her stuff, she got our phones set up, and we were out of there in less than an hour, she rocked at putting on the clear protective film!!! Thanks for the help we love our phones!!!
