Come here every single morning for 6 months straight. Today the same lady that always helps me in the drive through says hi welcome to starbucks can i take your order? And i said hello I would like my usual please. Can you guess what that is? Sidenote I get the same thing every day day in day out never changes I get a quad white mocha grande size with whip. After six months of Monday through Friday at the same Starbucks the lady made me feel like I was going way out by asking her if she knew what my drink was. Every Other starbucks i was a regular at always remembered. Makes me feel like WHEREISTHELOVE

I ordered caramel Macchio with extra extra extra caramel this morning, and the lady didn’t put any caramel in it.

I’ve always had great customer service here. Short wait. Always gets my order right. I don’t know why anyone goes to the new Starbucks location. They are THE worst.

This is for the Starbucks INSIDETARGET! This Starbucks DOESNOT have a drive through, unless you just crashed through the front doors of the Target Store! Great customer service, fast production & friendly employees.

No matter what I order they say they’re out. Happened three days in one week. I consider it a running joke. The lines aren’t as bad now. But trust me. They won’t have what you order. The baristas are very rude and matter of fact. Like why are you ordering this??? I felt like I was bugging them.

I’m a partner myself and I LOVE traveling around and meeting all my other partners and ask them how their store is and just basic coffee talk, ya know? I love my job and its such a huge part of my life of course I’m going to go out of my way to hear others perspective… I know not all stores are perfect but what matters is the way we motivate one another to pull through. With that being said, I’m sorry Hollister Starbucks but you guys need an attitude check. My boyfriend and myself left your store feeling so crappy about ourselves after you served us. The woman who took our order made me feel rushed and as if I WAS doing something wrong. I also saw the way she spoke to the customers in front of me and that offended me, I almost wanted to pull the poor guy aside and apologize as a Starbucks partner for the way he was spoken to. WORSTPARTIS I saw your shift supervisor sheet at your hands and I’m appalled. You didn’t even type our drinks right for the sticker and our drinks weren’t made correct because of it. I did leave two stars because the barista who I watched make our drinks was very nice, she spoke with us while she was on bar and treated us the way I was originally expecting to be treated, I wish I was able to see your name tag chicka because I probably would of cried had I not been given one partner to partner smile.

OK Come on Starbucks, the whole corporation is falling short not just on customer service, but on taste. I really would like to see more customer service from the Hollister store, and it HAS to be Quicker… There is so many people there, yet I usually have to wait 10 min for just an iced coffee… which makes me just go home and make my own iced coffee, which is fine with me, mine is great.

I think the previous review referring to a DRIVETHRU is talking about the other Starbucks across. This is not the one. This one is inside Target: Good quick service! Hope they enlarge the kiosk area one day!

I used to frequent the old location regularly. I’ve been to the new site half a dozen times now and the service is horrible in comparison. I think the added stress of trying to coordinate the drive through has damaged their ability to provide a quality product and any measurable amount of customer service. This morning I used the drive through and the barista literally said thank you before my order was even completed rushing me off so she could get to the next person. Needless to say, my drink wasn’t prepared to my liking. My days of being a local Starbucks regular are done. I guess I will now be like the scores of other random commuters and pick it up in Gilroy or Morgan HIll. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed the personal service the old location provided which is why I went out of my way to always stay local. The manager needs to take a hard look at improving service so local people are inclined to stay local.

New remodel, longer wait time! One would think they would get their act together and expeditiously get people through the drive through window. On average, it’s a good 13 minute wait! Heaven forbid you arrive at rush hour. I hope you packed some snacks and a lunch, and perhaps phone in late to work too. Starbucks managers at this establishment just don’t seem to get it! We’re paying a premium price for coffee, simply provide the appropriate service! Complained I have, only to fall on deaf ears or offered free coffee. I don’t want it for free just in a timely manner! Tried corporate office too! Was given a 5.00 Starbucks card. DONTWANTITFORFREE! Just speed up the service! This place is in dire need of competent management staff.

I can honestly say I hate this Starbucks. I’ve been several times and almost every time they have shorted me, I even got a grande White mocha that was half-full guess they thought I wouldn’t notice with all that wipped cream… YEARIGHT. I was happy to see they had a drive thru but other than that there’s nothing much to be happy about.

5 stars for drive thru and being open ass early! Hear me out.. . I have ordered inside and yes, it’s horrible. It takes for what seems to be forever and they don’t write your name or order on the cup. Why is that important? Because when the flustered barista places drink after drink after drink on the counter top with out calling out the order or the customers name for all the world to hear. I’m forced to go up, and while grabbing everyone’s drink, I’m trying to figure out if it’s mine or for the man standing next to me that looks like is about to die of old age and tear his hair out from the wait. That said, at 4:30am I am so glad that the flustered barista and the hair pulling old man are still in bed, no lines just me and my grande cup of coffee with 3 shots of espresso. I’m in and out in two min max.(one min ordering, one min watching the employee wrestle with the window lock) Morning crew: keep up the great job. :)

The new Starbucks Drive Thru is awesome inside and I am only giving 4 stars because of that. The service on the other hand, sucks! Most of the baristas are rude and no personality. People who ordered after me got their drinks first and I noticed mine was just sitting there. It took forever to get my drink. Somewhat disappointed in the service.

This Starbucks is in the Target store, and I recommend getting your beverage here or in the Safeway store nearby. It’s faster and they rarely mess up our drink. Since the new Starbucks location it appears to have slowed down and confused the workers. Plus, the staff at the Target Starbucks are by far friendlier and make the drinks they way they should be.

What a difference! From such a small establishment to a drive thru with a mass quantity of customers. This is what Hollister needs with such a growing city, is a larger Starbucks with helpful employees and new management. Bathrooms with 2 stalls is rare. Thank you for catering to our city’s needs.

The new location is across the parking lot from the old location near the Nob Hill. The interior is typical Starbucks and it is nice and new. I felt good walking in. Then I stood behind a little old couple for 5 minutes(I am not exaggerating…) while they changed their order, added food to their order, hemming and hawing. It was just them and I in line… OK that’s fine. The problem was all the available staff that couldn’t be bothered to man the second cash register to take my order. Three people in the drive up area, another who seemed to be going home or on a break, and someone, whom I believe was the store manager, walking in and out of the back room. He even made direct eye contact with me at one point. Not one person asked if they could take my order. The little old couple was at the cash register so long that their breakfast sandwich was heated and handed to them before they paid. They finally moved on and I was finally helped… I gave my order for a «bold, no room» Just a simple cup of coffee. She took my travel cup, tried to fill it with coffee… ooooops, no more bold! WTHeck! She handed my cup back and said sorry we’re out of bold right now. That was the final straw… I just took my cup and went to find another Starbucks. She didn’t offer an Americano or anything other coffee. This is not what I have come to expect from Starbucks… Should I have said something… yes I guess so, but that is just not me. I was irritated enough to have said something not very nice… you remember what your momma told you what to do if you have nothing nice to say… Was it due to new staff at a new location? Maybe. It’s Starbucks, I’ll be back. If I have the same experience I’ll «calmly» discuss it with the manager and then just stop using that location… I mean you can’t throw a rock without hitting a Starbucks — right?

Usually when I bring in my own cup, servers fill it up even when I order a smaller amount. A lady here didn’t, although her attitude was friendly. Besides that, it tasted so thin that I now feel like I shouldn’t trust any Starbucks coffee at any location. My mocha felt like just hot water and cocoa.

The coffee here is the same that you can expect from any Starbucks. The problem here is the amount of wait time for your drinks. I was the only customer waiting for my drink, and it took 13 minutes to get a simple mocha. The ladies that were working were more interested in talking to each other than doing their job. This was my third visit and my third like experience. If you’re not in a rush, then you’ll be okay with this place.
