She’s Women’s Apparel

I love being back home shopping for boots, jeans, everything Cowgirl… having fun with Shane and Billy and Kristina… I love coming to my favorites storses. Hollister is a great place to shop visit and so much more..

I am disappointed that Unilocal allows reviews such as «Ashley M’s» review below. The owners of this establishment have worked tirelessly to support Hollister downtown. The women who work in the store still understand the meaning of customer service. Something that is lacking in most large department stores or if you prefer Ashley comments online stores. These women do their best to ensure that every customer is satisfied and leave the store looking their best.
The clothing in She’s Women’s Apparel is all marked appropriately. Since the store opened over twenty years ago, there has always been posted in a clear visual sight behind the counter the store policy of allowing only store credits for returned merchandise. The fact that Ashley choose not to read the policy does not illicit a mean spirited review as written below by her. The boots that she «claims» to have found online are most likely factory overruns or seconds. The boots would cost the same at She’s during a sale.
I believe Unilocal needs to take more responsibility on the posts that are allowed to remain when they can be potentially harful.

I just went in today and bought a pair if really cute boots. The lady working was very nice and helpful. Once I got back to my office I looked up the boots online. To my surprise the boots were HALF the price on every website online,$ 80 and I paid $ 154. When I called and let them know that I wanted to return them because I could buy the exact same boots from the manufacture for half the price. I was told that they would not do the return I could only get store credit. I will NEVER shop at this store again. So much for supporting our local downtown!

I am writing to express my thanks to Sheila of She’s Women’s Apparel, Knife and Fork Restaurant, and Heavenly Bakery for her support of non-​profits in our little community. She donates time, money, and emotional support for so many enterprises which enrich Hollister and make it the caring place it is. She recently purchased an ad in Oriana Chorale’s Christmas concert program and because of folks like her our organization can afford to hire first-​rate musicians and put on quality performances. Thank you for having a store in Hollister where women can buy decent clothing without having to leave the county!

My wife and I are in Hollister about once a month. We had some time on our hands today so we wandered into She’s. It was a very good experience. The two person staff did a wonderful job; helping her find comfortable attractive clothing. They were helpful without being pushy, listened to my wife and even went next door to another store to get a piece of jewelery they knew would look good with one of the outfits.
Prices were very good, even with pretty much nothing on sale.
The store is owned by the same woman who owns the Knife and Fork Café a few doors down and a bakery across the street.
My wife was very pleased with the service and clothing she bought.
The place looks a little frumpy, which is why I gave it only four stars. It could use a paint job and some upgraded lighting.
