Owner is knowledgeable and very helpful. He also refunded my purchase which he was opposed to and has posted signs stating all sales final. I will continue to support this business and other local businesses as long as they continue to conduct themselves in an ethical manner.
Decent selection of products for vaping and continues to increase selections and variety of products. I’m very pleased with the customer service and hope the options continue to improve here.

The owner Joe does all my piercings! He’s a way cool guy and very helpful. I don’t smoke or anything like that, so piercings is the only thing I can speak to.
The pricing is average, not cheap or anything, but you’re getting what you paid for! He is good at what he does.
The location is very convenient, being in the center of town.
All in all, Metropolis is the only shop where I’ve never had any complications, and the only place I’ll go to!

I went here to look for electronic cigarette liquid. The guy was pretty rude and had a pitiful selection. Everytime I walk past there’s a guy hanging out front that gives dirty looks. The shop is dark inside and kind of creepy. There’s a new store a few doors down that is much better.

I had my tongue pierced by the owner and something just wasn’t right. It bled badly the first day into the next, off and on. Finally my boyfriend told me to just take it out. Upon doing so, it sprayed blood everywhere! A trip to the e. r and a few stitches later, the doctor informed me that he had pierced my artery. who knew! I had to eat the cost of the jewelry and he reluctantly refunded the cost of the piercing. Needless to say, i’ll never go back there again.

Really, Really Overpriced!
but when you just gotta have that pipe or belly button ring this would be the place. Don’t be afraid of the goths nearby they don’t bite.
Hear those howls coming from the back, that would be the piercing and tattoo area. Ouch!

Everything here is overpriced except zig zags. Your better off buying a pipe in Santa Cruz or San Francisco. Typical small town mark up of everything. They have a tattoo shop in the back but you wouldn’t catch me in there either.
