Front office staff was unclear and unprofessional on handling billing questions. Upon getting multiple request denied for billings, the dentist thought it would be easier to send us a letter stating that we are no longer welcome in the office because we are creating a distraction. A request was made to the dentist asking him to wear a mask during procedures which seemed to be the last straw.

This office was very kind and did a great job on my cleaning. Dr. Stephens and staff answered my questions and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I returned for a root canal, wisdom tooth extract, and several fillings. This was my first dental visit in many years. Dr Stephens is very professional and does good work. I wish he accepted my PPO insurance plan, but he does take care credit. The lady who seems to be the office manager was very nice helping us with the payment and scheduling. Even the hygienists/assistants were very competent and witnessing the doctor training them was very interesting.

sorry a 1 is the lowest paid deductible for a filling filling cracked 3 weeks later paid deductible for a replacement crown crown fell out 2 months later went to another dentist to have it repaired received bill for crown since insurance wouldn’t pay for same tooth twice office couldn’t straighten out billing paid full amount to dentist for defective work. Worst experience ever

Just popped in for a cleaning — no cavities! They were able to take me right away, and I did not have to wait even a minute. My hygienist, Renee was very sweet and did a great job. Luckily I did not need any major work, but that also means I can only vouch for the cleaning.
