Had great food and a great experience with the family. Also hit the jackpot for Manic Monday-buy one get one ½ off. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was yum!!! We also had the all meat pizza which was very flavorful. The meal was made amazing because of the garlic bread covered with cheese. The staff took the time to teach my daughters all about being a firefighter.

Great place to eat, especially with kids. Pizza is great, crispy thin crust with marvelous varieties. Plus the fire department theme is great. They have clothes to try on and an old fire truck outside. Taught kids some basics of firefighting.

You ever eat at a place that makes you want to pack your bags and move next door to it. This is the place. Over the top Kid Friendly, Over the top food quality and it’s one of the cheaper places to eat in the Branson. Love how they let the kids dress up in fire gear and take pictures on the truck. They learned a lot about firefighting. If you just happen to find yourself a days drive from Branson/Hollister you need to make the drive and eat here. We will be coming back every time we are in the area. Great Great experience.

Stopped in for a dinner when I had to take the kid to an event at a local high school. The place itself looks and feels old, but it was relatively well kept. I had the Supreme Pizza sub. It was packed with food and tasted very good. It was a damn good value. I can’t give this place a higher rating though because there was one major annoyance. The television in the dining room was playing a Pandora station and it was all Christian music. While I respect everyone’s religion and right to worship as they choose, I simply don’t like being proselytized to while trying to enjoy a meal.

Great food, great service, awesome décor. If I had to say anything less than positive, it would be the loud worship music in the dining area.

One of my favorite places to eat while in Branson! The pizza is good and the service is even better, every time we go in everyone is super friendly and we get are food fast! Plus it’s really clean and not to mention the fire truck out front is fun for pictures! Over all it’s a good family restaurant, reasonably priced and it’s not in the hustle and bustle of Branson!

This place is really neat. Off the beaten track and a nice change from the tourist traps of Branson. Good food and super fun place to take the kids. They can try on real firefighter gear and hold the hoses. Also delicious cinnamon roles and good service.

Will definitely go back each visit to Branson! The kids were able to dress up and hold actual equipment. The pizza was amazing which I actually loved the sauce and I am verrry picky! Normally I order«light sauce» but here it was good enough to be normal… big deal for me! The staff there were amazing! If I could have I would of given them each a $ 20 tip. They deserve it! They were great with my kids and very patient with me deciding on how to order the sauce! By far best pizza place I’ve been to!

Simply the best! Right amount of seasoning, baked to perfection with lots of cheese. Hands down the best pizza in the region. Parking can be challenging, because it’s so popular.

Not giving 5 stars just cause I wasn’t blown away. But it was really good pizza at a fair price. I’d go back.

Great place to eat and get just outside the Branson area. Great place for kids. They can try on real fireman hats. Boots, jackets. There is also a fire truck outside the kids can play on.

Average place. We went here with our friends who have been here before and absolutely raved about it, so expectations were high. You enter to a hostess station and order off a menu board and then go to an attached dining room to wait for your order to be delivered. We ordered a medium sausage and a large CBR(chicken, bacon, ranch) as well as a chef salad and chicken wings. The salad was just weird. It came out made of lettuce and strips of sliced cheese and meat. The strips of sliced cheese just seemed funny. It was okay, the creamy Italian dressing was pretty good. The chicken wings were pretty fatty and nothing special. The staff was very generous about dressings(didn’t cost extra!). The pizza wasn’t very exciting. My friends got the cheese breadsticks, which looked really great(they didn’t share). The dining room itself is somewhat small but did accommodate our large group of 9 pretty well. All the staff was delightful. I like the firefighter theme but wish it was more prevalent in the dining room. Overall, this place is okay. I will probably check out other restaurants first next time I am in the area.

My boyfriend and I were in Branson for a few days and we were craving pizza and all of the nearest pizza places to us didn’t have the greatest reviews. We came across Hook and Ladder which was about a 20 minute(very scenic!) drive from our resort. The hostess at the door was really upbeat and everything was ready for us to pick up the second we walked in! We ordered two medium pizzas and once we got into the car, we opened up the box and the smell was incredible! I wish I would’ve taken a picture because it was beautiful! We also got to enjoy the gorgeous scenic view off the road on our way back to the resort, but only for a quick photo cause we were both really hungry!

Fantastic!!! Have read about this place several times on Unilocal, finally got to try it out today with my volunteer fire fighter husband. We got the 19.99 dinner special for 2: drinks, salads, medium pizza(half super and half taco) — the house made creamy Italian that came highly recommended( Unilocal) did not disappoint. Fantastic flavor. Even saved some to dip pizza crust in. Pizza crust was crispy. Flavors of both pizzas spectacular. Service awesome. Found out this place is owned by volunteer firemen. The fire decorations are great. Love that they employ local teens. Love the volunteer fireman facts on the menus. Love the sense of community in this place. Found out they also offer discounts to firemen. Love this place. We will be back!

Just ate a leftover slice from lunch, and gosh darn it, it just might have been even better than the first time. We’re from out of town and love coming to this relaxed, chill pizza joint. But there’s one thing even better than pizza: good people. The staff here seemed to be mostly high school/college kids on summer break. Did we have high hopes when we saw them in the back goofing around in their firemen pants taking selfies? No. But looks can be deceiving and these young uns know what they’re doing. Not only was our pizza a little slice of cheesy, meaty heaven on earth but we were served with a smile and a bit of humor that fit our group to a T. We were even asked if we needed to go cups which may not seem like a big deal, but sure was nice. Want a good pizza, visit Pizza Hut. Want a good pizza in a charming, friendly, relaxed and unique place? Visit Hook & Ladder.

We did the family special — 4 salads, 4 drinks, large pizza for $ 30. The homemade creamy italian dressing was great. We had the alfredo pizza. I loved the crust. The alfredo sauce was a bit thin making the pizza a bit runny but it was delicious. There was very little chicken on it. I would go back and try a more traditional type of pizza.

Pizza was really good. We had the Dinner for Two special — $ 20 + tax/tip. It came with a medium pizza, two drinks and two dinner salads. I wasn’t crazy about having to stand in line to order and then being seated. The place was very busy on this July 4th evening. Food is good. Nice young people as servers. No ambiance. Very noisy with crowded seating.

Very good pizza! I wasn’t too fond of ordering pizza then sitting down. I’m used to sitting down then ordering. No big deal. I will definitely visit this place again. It’s located in a cool part of town, the price is reasonable, and the pizza is great.

Definite thumbs up! Service with a smile, quick, clean, delicious and cheap! Dinner for four for $ 25! We had a large pizza, breadsticks and four drinks. I will definitely come here again when in Branson. Coming from Chicago, I still found the pizza worthy!

Pizza was tasty but not my top choice in the area. I did love the crunchy crust — it wasn’t thin but not thick either. Servers were slow and seemed lost. Salad and ranch dressing were scrumptious. I probably would not go here again.

Very good pizza. Im not a fan of the chain pizza joints, so i look to Unilocal when im not home. This place had great reviews so gave it a try. Got their special — a medium pizza, 2 drinks and 2 salads. Salads were fresh, but the pizza was great. Has a crispy flakey crust and the cheese was fresh. We got a specialty pizza and they used ample toppings. Service was happy and friendly even with us stopping in 20 minutes before closing. This wasn’t a new york or chicago style pizza but would definitely recommend them if you love fresh ingredients.

Very good, not blow me away. We haven’t had a lot of luck finding good places to eat in Branson so finding one this good is rare. If you have kids they will love the atmosphere. There are fire fighter clothes to try on, photo ops and a fire truck outside. It used to be an old fire station. It is ‘order/pay at the counter’ and then be seated. We ordered a large 1 topping and a small cheese for our family of 4(2, 7yr olds) and were stuffed. Look for specials on the board. We will be back when in Branson. Very friendly staff.

Order at the counter but the food is brought to your table and there is table service. The dough is not thin crust but not thick either. Perfect level of crispy and bread. $ 21.61 for a medium pizza, 2 sodas, and 6 breadsticks. The big Joe is a buffalo chicken pizza that was great and didn’t burn bc of the hot sauce.
