Very unfortunate buying experience. Company shipped incorrect product and will not provide refund. I ordered custom boat mats for my 07 Utopia SE. When they arrived they did not fit. After viewing pictures I sent, company agreed they did not fit. It has now been one year since my order and I do not have a refund despite sending the mats back. Company claims I ordered incorrect mats claiming I have an 08 model. I have provided my boat’s registration and HIN which shows that it is an 2007. Two weeks ago a sales rep over the phone confirmed my boat was an 07 (after seeing the HIN) and confirmed mats were incorrect. I would hate to file a civil suit in the PA courts since my travel expenses exceed the sale amount, and those would be included in my claim. Very unfortunate. We were very excited to install our mats. I am out $ 396 and boat floor is still bare. Company still sells the same incorrect mats on their website. I am still hoping for a fair resolution to this situation and a correction to the item being sold on their website. I would like to follow up on this review with a positive resolution.

Ordered a jet ski turf from their online store back in 2009. I cancelled the order because it was over a month and the item had yet to ship and ordered from another website who shipped next day. They cancelled and refunded me but then a week later a package from them shows up at my door with the order. I contacted them and returned the item. Well 5 years later I still get harassing emails saying their taking me to collections for never returning or paying for my item that I returned. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
