Very nice staff with surprisingly good food at great prices. I’ve always ordered the same thing there so I’m not sure how the rest tastes, but my extended family loves it all. I’m partial to the chicken Caesar wrap (minus onions), French fries and a virgin strawberry daiquiri. I’m not big with alcohol and this drink is always made perfect (not that you could mess it up. But they use fresh strawberries).

Good food and good prices! James Street Inn has awesome barbecue chicken and ribs in the summer time, and I always look forward to their garlic toast! Try a «James Street Inn Relaxer» drink-awesome!

My wife and I tried James Street Inn for a late lunch. Our waitress was helpful with selections and attentive throughout the meal. My wife enjoyed her taco salad which was very large and filled with goodies. She said the salsa type dressing was good. I had the bison burger. This meat is similar to 94 – 6 ground beef or better. It has no fat and is not greasy. The meat and the sandwich, served deluxe, had a nice taste. My tossed salad was also good, large and had a nice presentation.

I love this place mostly for their garlic toast. Best stuff I’ve had around. Granted this place seems to be targeted more at the older generations, it still offers up some great food.

My wife and I went in for an early dinner before going to a hockey game. I had mentioned that they had good breakfast and the price was very good. We should have seen it coming but at 40+ years of age we were the youngest in the place at 5PM. The food was average at best. I had a salad to start that was not fresh. My main course was the Meatloaf and it was thin and flat with gravy, the only thing I enjoyed was the Mash potatoes, hard to mess them up.
My wife had a chicken BBQ sandwich which she said was OK, that meant that she could eat it but it was not good!
I think I will stick to eating breakfast here!
