Ty was fantastic to work with! I shared with him one day what I was looking for in a used Jeep Wrangler. Within a couple of days, Ty called me and offered to bring one by for my convenience. We took a drive and Ty gave me plenty of time to consider the purchase since it was a little more than I was planning. With no pressure we bought the Wrangler and have had fun driving it ever since. We were given a very good trade-​in deal on the car we were going to sell, as well. Besides Ty’s service, we were blown away by the way everyone at Elhart treated us as used car buyers. Any we met or passed were friendly, introduced themselves, congratulated and thanked us for our purchase, and offered their assistance. I will definitely return to Elhart and Ty with any future car-​buying needs.

George at the used car center helped me into a used, but in good condition 2012 F-​150. He was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. They gave me a good offer on my trade-​in and a reasonable deal on the truck.
As I was driving the truck home from the lot, I noticed a small crack in the windshield. As I drove home, the crack grew until it reached all the way over to the passenger side. I informed George about the situation, and they covered the repair with no hassle. I appreciated their dedication to finalizing the sale on a high note. They took good care of me and I will likely go back there for my next vehicle down the road.

I had always had good and honest business with Elhart. But, that ended recently. My husband and I bought a vehicle from them. The paperwork we signed is not what ended up at the lender. The lender had «several» signed contracts when only one was ever signed. The terms of the loan through the lender were not what was agreed upon at the safe of the vehicle or what was signed. The more we looked into the matter, the more confusing things seemed to get. To the point that we were told that if we continued to pursue it, they would take the vehicle back and void the loan. Something isn’t legal or ethical here. I will no longer do business with Elhart.
