fries, burger, and ice cream. All quick and amazing. Because it is on Ottowa beach road I expected outrageous prices for average food. It was nice to have maybe the best fries I’ve ever had anywhere… And be proven wrong be folks who are obviously enjoying their job.

Meh. Corn dogs and chili dogs were just okay. Too expensive. Fries were very good. Staff taking orders were great. Engaged the kids as they ordered. Great location by the beach.

Came here for the«Hawaiian Shaved Ice» and a corn dog. The shaved ice was not such thing, it was a normal snow cone with big chunks of ice. The corn dog was so undercooked that the dog was surrounded by liquid batter. Just gross.

Longest wait. 30 mins after we placed our order, everyone behind us in line had their food. Ours was never even started. $ 25 worth of food, never to be made. Not good. Go to Ottawa Beach Inn, skip this place.

Made a quick stop here before heading into the Holland State Park. I had a Chocolate Oreo Flurry. Ice cream is always good in my opinion and this quick snack tasted great!

While driving around Holland State Park we saw this along the road and decided to stop by and give it a try. When walking up to the building it looks fairly new, or at least very, very well taken care of. There are picnic tables as well as benches all around so you can sit down, relax, and enjoy your cold treat. We waited at the window for a few minutes for the employee to return to the window to take our order. I went with the Hawaiian Flurry. It sounded tasty with coconut, strawberries, and bananas. When she yelled out that my order was ready I was beyond excited as having ice cream so close to the water’s edge was something I really wanted to do. First, I don’t know what she put on top of my ice cream, but it tasted funny. I didn’t care for it at all. The disappointment didn’t stop there. I really found no coconut or strawberries mixed into my flurry. Just vanilla soft serve and bananas. Don’t get me wrong, just those two things alone would have made me happy, but that weird whatever it was on top just kinda ruined it for me. I also found a bucket on the corner of the counter that read«sorry if your table isn’t clean. This is for your use if you need it(soap & water)». Umm… shouldn’t you staff enough people to keep up with keeping your tabletops clean? I think so. All in all, I got my ice cream… but I think if I am in the area again, I will get my cold treat from the location on the beach at Holland State Park.

Wow. Ridiculous prices for crappy food. Almost $ 50 for a family of 4 to have sandwiches and fries. The quality of the burger meat was cheap and disgusting. The chicken wrap had weird flavor. The only reason they didn’t get one star was that the fries were good.

I should have had a hot dog. But, we were hot, just came off of Pisgah, and were looking for some ice-cream. This being the first place off the hill, we stopped here. Only soft-serve ice-cream here. We should have kept walking. They drizzle syrups on the ice-cream served on cones to give them different flavors. They are kind of strange tasting. They also make a variation of the DQ blizzard, but they are not quite as good. And they charge $ 5 for a large icee. A large cup, filled with flavor ice, for $ 5. Yikes. If you need a soft serve fix, this is your place. If you want hand dipped, keep walking down the road. I should have had a hot dog, and then perhaps they would have gotten 3 stars.
