Took my son there the other day, and he ordered a Chicken sandwich with waffles fries and a drink. I have to say the prices were very reasonable for what he got. I hadn’t eaten their food in a long time, and I have to say that when I tried his sandwich, I wish I had ordered one for myself. It was excellent! The waffle fries are good, but they could have been cooked a little bit longer for my liking. The staff that work there are some of the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever dealt with! I will definitely be going back, and this time I will be getting a sandwich for myself as well. Now I know why this one and the one on Talmadge and Sylvania ave are always packed. Great value and great food!

Great food really, really clean. Every single employee in the place was friendly. I got the grilled chicken… Nobody does it better… And I also got the fruit cup which was fresh as always… This is the best fast food restaurant around. Always clean, always busy, and always friendly.

Forget all of the politics surrounding Chik-​fil-​A, let’s talk flavor. Oh, uhh, what’s that? The flavor? Yeah, the flavor sucks.

I am not sure why people like this place so much. The food is average fast food with restaurants that have fancy exteriors and basic but nice interiors. The menu is limited to chicken, so everyone eats chicken or you have to go somewhere else, but chicken taste is a bit better than other fast food restaurants chicken, but a little more expensive.
McDonalds and Wendy’s new restaurants are more modern as well.
I don’t eat fast food often but I would lump it with the rest except the menu is limited and if your friend is with you and wants a burger, they are out of luck… maybe the cow in the commercial gets their revenge after all…

This has got to be one of the best fast food restaurants I’ve visitied. Not only was the place overwhelmingly clean, flowers placed on each of the tables, but the cashiers were friendly (not to mention hot as well), service was professional, food was delicious, and overall a great dining experience.

I come here way too often to give it anything less than 5 stars. Delicious fast food, super friendly/​nice/​helpful staff, a little play place for kids, clean interior. Can’t complain. Parking lot tends to be full during peak times, but I sneak across from the Chipotle or Big lots parking lot if that’s the case. Staff comes around asking if you refills on your beverage. So amaze.

What is I there to say except… if im near one I am stopping. My favite chain by far… lovin me a classic sandwich with special sauce and a pile of waffle fries. We wont see one yet in GR until 2016… but cant be soon enough. This location was new in Oct 2104… very clean, friendly and quick service… just what I have come to love and expect.

Today was my first visit to a Chick-​fil-​A. And it won’t be my last. The chicken sandwiches are delish. The Chick-​fil-​A sauce is yummy. The waffle fries are awesome as well. But the grand finale is the lemonade. Taken together, it was a tasty, tasty meal.
