Bodhi Tree Yoga & Wellness Studio

Bodhi Tree is a lovely yoga studio. The studio itself is a beautiful space. The lobby is welcoming and charmingly appointed. There is a large room with a comfy ottoman where yogis can leave their shoes, outerwear and bags, and the bathroom is clean, fresh and nicely furnished. There is tea and occasionally homemade cookies for after practice. Colorful, clean mats are available. And the studio itself is HUGE with a soothing and comfortable cork floor. But what makes a studio is its teachers, and this is the reason for my five stars. I’ve now tried three teachers. Each was excellent and had obviously worked to cultivate a personal style of practice. I vacation nearby in Macatawa every year and have been looking for a yoga studio for years. My prayers were answered! This studio has it all. The mother-​daughter co-​owners of Bodhi Tree have done a tremendous job at filling a big hole in South Shore wellness. Well done!
