Very poor service. Gave order twice and had it repeated to me. Got to the window and employee gave me only one of the items. When I asked about the rest, she was rude. Handed me six donut holes and charged me $ 7. When I realized that she had omitted to give me the six donuts I had also ordered, I went into the store and explained that I had been charged $ 7 for six donut holes and never given my six donuts. Employee at the cash register didn’t respond – walked away and in a few minutes came back with the donuts. He never apologized. Would not recommend and I won’t be back.

Three days in a row with burnt, bitter, just awful coffee. I’ve had to throw them out. Such a waste of money and time. I don’t understand how this is possible.

Sunday 10:30. Drive thru-line 10 cars deep. Inside customer line 10 people long. Only 1 table left for me & my son, dirty, cleaned it myself. Lots of weird looks from the 70& older crowd. 1 bagel, 1 donut &2 waters… waters? You should have seen the look I got! Fun for an occasional trip, but I don’t understand people who spend money on coffee every day.

People seem to like this Dunkin Donuts but I have to disagree. Perhaps it’s because I use the drive-thru but I always get some disinterested slob on the other end of the line and they always thrust the coffee at me like, «here! Take it!» My sandwiches are always tossed together, they don’t really care, it’s not like some stranger is touching their food and paying them for it, why should they care?
