The one thing that seems hard to find these day’s is real customer service, the people my wife and I dealt with today at the Verizon store (bullfrog) in Holbrook provided outstanding customer service. The last time I went into this store I walked out due to the rudeness if the employee working at the time, I’ve learned he no longer works there. I do know one thing, Mr. Nick Alcantar and Mr. Bobby Smith were awesome and I will recommend anyone needing help with their Verizon devices to stop in and see them.
