Sarpino’s Pizzeria

The Pizza is fair… But gives you a stomach ache. The Customer Service is really bad. The Delivery guy called me an Ass Hole. I ordered for a Pizza and a coke and they forgot to send the coke which is fine… But they refused credit me for it. They said they will take oit off my account when I call next. Unhappy with the experience I refused to tip the delivery guy and he said it’s not my fault so why are you fucking me. Then he called me an Ass Hole before he stormed out.

OK, first of all, I just moved to the Chicago area all of 2 weeks ago, so I won’t attempt to understand that cult of personality that exists around Chicago style pizzarias. Having bought no groceries upon move in to my new apartment, I combed the internet for local places that delivered and came across this establishment for wings and a small pie.
I have traveled fairly extensively, and experienced pizza from every thematic angle imaginable and this place was decent, but fairly unremarkable in all areas that one would rate pizza. Sauce was good but not great, the cheese was just OK, the wings were adequate but not as meaty as I would of liked, etc. In short, the experience was just melancholy, with not too much to be excited about.
I am sure the time will arise that I will order from this place again, as Hoffman Esates does not have a multitude of options for pizza delivery, but I will no doubt be on the lookout for something that is a leg up.

got me wrong delievery so i called them to give me the right one n «Amanda» who got my call give me shit attitude n held me on the phone for 10mins!

I’ve ordered pizza from here a few times, I always order online cause it’s just easier that way. Idk about the bad reviews cause personally I think they’re fine. I place my order online, free delivery, and they have coupons. One time they forgot my 6 pack coke, but went back to get it and delivered that to me again. Other wise, they’ve always gotten my order right. I’ve never been to the store, but the delivery staff were always nice.

The 14″ pizza I ordered was delivered as a 10″ pizza. I called to correct the mistake and spoke with manager John. He refused to send out the correct pizza and he refused to give me a refund. He said he was too busy and then hung up.

Look. I LOVE pizza. Probably my fave food ever. But this, esp in chi town, is awful. No flavor, sauce is bland. I got the garlic sauce on the side and it’s sweet mayo with garlic in it (ewww). They delivered late tho, and the lady was really nice while I complained and she refunded my order when I complained… I think.

I ordered a pizza and a 6 pack of coke at 1am. They close at 3am. I never got my delivery. This Is the third time and I am not going to give them my business again. They just lost a loyal customer. What the heck happened? They just went downhill.

Great customer service, good food, affordable prices and late hours…5 stars I highly recommend!

Pizza is fair, but my family & I get stomach aches every time we have gotten pizza from here. We gave them 3 chances & same upset stomach results. I don’t recommend them. We get pizza from several other places and we never get sick, so I’m not sure what they are doing here.

When it was the original owner food was different… now I guess there is a new owner and toppings are less, quality overall has dropped significantly and looks like the managers could care less, hopefully they turn things around.

Terrible terrible service. I waited 1 hour for my order and called to know the status and the manager picked up the phone saying that it will take 15 to 30 more minutes, he didn’t even apologize and said that those were their «delivery times». Seriously?

Despicable and disgusting! I ordered a late night meal from my hotel from Sarpino’s and this has to be one of the worst food experiences I’ve had especially since I’m from out of town. The food I ordered was not even hot and to make it worst there was STRANDS OF HAIR BAKED IN THE CRUST! I threw what I could up and called and demanded a refund. I don’t give second chances. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE EVEN AS A LAST RESORT! This place needs to go out of business.

I’m absolutely sick of this place. I live in an apartment complex that Google does not give great directions to. I have always out simple to follow directions once they get to the nearest intersection, which consists of one or two turns depending on what street they take.
Not only does the pizza over an hour the majority of the time, the drivers ALWAYS call because they are lost. I give directions for a reason. I have ordered from here often because I like their pizza, but after 10+ times of ordering you would think they would note where apartment complex is.

Totally not the best pizza around… however, they are open SUPER late and their delivery is pretty fast.
Saprinos was there for us in our time of need one Friday night. ugly christmas sweaters and Palatine bars are always a hit ;) Left Palatine around 2ish, ordered food in the cab cause I am just so classy, and once we were home in good ol’ Schaumburg we only had to wait about 10 minutes for the pizza. Granted, at the time it was the longest 10 minutes of my life.
For a Large Pepperoni and Cheese-​sticks, it was $ 24, which I thought was pretty steep esp cause they don’t have a delivery charge.
Did I have a hangover though? Don’t think so. all that breading soaked it up.

I ordered online and the toppings I ordered were wrong and when I called and spoke to the manager he said that since it was a web order and what came thru is what they made, I was basically wrong and he could care less.
I’ve ordered many times from this location but I will never again. We all know that a customer is always right no matter what so to be told I was wrong and he didn’t care … Too many other pizza places in the area to ever go back to sarpinos.

As far as chain pizza joints go, Sarpino’s is my favorite because they have some tasty flavors, such as Mexicana or the Super Taco. I’d have to say that Sarpino’s is superior in taste and quality in comparison with other assembly line pizza.
This location does a fairly consistent job of getting the pizza done right when special requests are made, such as well done or making sure they include the right dipping sauce. Most other places don’t even have a choice for different dipping sauces.
Bad thing is that it’s assembly line pizza so you get that mass produced experience, which I don’t mind under certain circumstances, such as late at night when no other place is open or I’m feeling lazy and cheap. This pizza crust NEEDS those dipping sauces to taste decent.
They have decent sampler deals that are great for trying out a wider variety of flavors per order. Ordering online is easy and intuitively streamlined even though it’s not pretty. You also get another 10% off your already discounted order (if you opt for the samplers) if you order online.

Ordered a 10″ pan with pepperoni. It took a little while longer that expected to be delivered, but I found out that someone accidentally checked the order as delivered. Thankfully, one of the drivers caught this and decided to deliver my order along with two others he was assigned to. His thoughtfulness was appreciated and I tipped extra for not forgetting about me. I should add that there is no extra fee for delivery, and they are open until 3:00 A.M. every evening, even on holidays.
As for the pizza… well I’ll say that my days of going to Pizza Hut and Papa John’s are just about over. This is fresh stuff, and the pan-​style fills you up quick. Sarpino’s is quickly becoming a favorite of mine due to the quality and the prices.
They also have takeout specials on their 8″ individual size pizzas. Give them a try.

I ordered this for the night crew at work since it was the only delivery place open late. They were right on time with delivery. Pizzas were piping hot, crust was soft to my liking. The tortellini was on the soggy side, but it was edible. The garlic butter sauce doesn’t taste like butter, more like honey mustard (maybe they messed up?). The prices are reasonable.
It’s late night pizza at a convenient time. Can’t ask for more!

The pizza here is only average or maybe a little bit below. They offer some pretty nice variety of pizzas and have some good coupons. I personally think their Sausage is one of the best I’ve had, but the other ingredients only so-​so. I am not a fan of the wings, but try their sandwiches, they might surprise you.
Delivery is always quick and I have yet to have a mistake. Their Customer Service has and deliverypeople have always been nice. The best part is that they deliver until 3:00AM all days of the week. As long as they continue to do this they will always have my semi-​regular business.
Bottom Line is pizza slightly below average, but a number of other factors raise the score to a solid 3-​star rating.

3 stars for the food and 5 stars for being open and delivering until 3am = 4 stars.
The pizza is okay… there’s a whole lot of crust and not much topping so I’m not a huge fan but much like my insurance agency, they were there for me when I needed them. Late night, after a wedding that had limited vegetarian options, and after everyone had already eaten all the snacks I had brought.
I probably wouldn’t seek out pizza from Sarpino’s but if it were late night and I was in the area, I would certainly feel comforted knowing Sarpino’s was there.
