Michelle, Thank you! I have been going to you for over 5 years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I trust your judgement to always give me the best treatment for my skin. It has been a great experience and I am so lucky I found you!!!

Michelle is the best I’ve found! I drive 30+ miles to see her and she’s worth every mile! I wouldn’t dare trust anyone else with my face. I’ve been seeing Michelle for 3 years now and she knows her stuff. She accomplishes the look I desire each and every time. Sure, sometimes I have to wait 2 weeks to see her but anyone who is that good will have a wait list! I have seen Michelle At least 10 times now and I leave satisfied each time. I read a prior review posted below which is total nonsense. Anyone who gets botox knows that some peoples muscles are stronger than others and may require more units. Her botox is not watered down at all. That is just plain silly. I have referred all of my friends to Michelle and each and every one is just as satisfied as I am.
The facility is clean, friendly and knowledgable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Thank you Michelle for making me look my best! See you soon!

This is a state of the art facility. The staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgable and has a good eye. He understands the goals you’re trying to get out of the procedure and let’s you know realistic expectations as well. He explains everything in full detail and makes the patient feel as comfortable as possible. He has no issues answering questions whether they seem stupid or not. He made me feel comfortable with having a procedure done on my face, whereas other doctors I saw left me wondering. I knew during the consult he was the one I wanted to complete surgery on me. The cost was pretty decent as well. It was nice to have the option of no sedation and having the procedure done in the office. Of course my procedure was minimal and not something super invasive.

I feel like this place is a scam. I purchased a groupon for 20 units of Botox and Michelle did the procedure. I waited two weeks. Nothing. So I went back in and she claimed you could see the muscles were more relaxed and I just needed a touch up to solidify the effects. Stupid me was like okay… 9 more units. A week later… Absolutely no effects whatsoever. I am 26 years old. Not a lot of wrinkles at all. There’s no reason 29 units of Botox would have zero effects on a 26 year old… Unless it’s the groupon Botox scam that you can google about how clinics use old expired Botox which no longer has potency. I am so disappointed. Don’t waste your money here like I did :(

Love this place! All of the staff are great and my favorite is Michelle. She is one of two people who does the injections, fillers, botox etc, and she us great. Never rushes, very warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the different products and which is best. She also is very good at what she does and had solid experience to back it up!

Michelle Staff is a RN and injection specialist — she does AMAZING work! Very consultative and actually listens to her clients! She is very knowledgeable on the latest techniques and injections. This is not that typical «cookie cutter» type of establishment that seems to haunt some of the «behind the times» suburbia.
Amy is super friendly and always helpful! She makes every client feel special.
Dr. Patel has a great way of making his clients feel at ease while giving expert consultation; and he has an excellent bedside manner — personable, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Patel has excellent industry knowledge! I am very pleased with the work I have had done there (fillers/​Botox) and will continue to use them excursively!

I went to the Chicago institute of plastic surgery in OakBrook for filler and Botox after i saw how great a friend of mine looked. The staff was very friendly & Michelle took time to explain which products would work best for me and why. I have been to many different med spas with hit or miss results and now I know why. I have been back to see Michelle since and referred many friends for injections and other treatments… the results are always a hit. i am definitely going to be a lifetime client.

My daughter and I have both utilized Dr. Patel for surgery and Michelle for medical spa. They put the customer first with the amount of time they take and the hours of operation. They are extremely accommodating, and refreshingly honest. They will tell you when they do not believe you need something and will help advise you. I trust them completely. Victoria, the receptionist/​office manager, is so nice too. The results are absolutely astonishing. We drive an hour to get services from Chicago Institute of Plastic Surgery and Med Spa, and we have plenty of options that are closer. This is as good as you will ever get.

I had a groupon type deal to try a filler in the Med Spa part of this company. It’s a nice building and the signage to find the correct suite is very helpful. Inside the office itself was very tasteful and decorated well. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. (on the downside you have a lot of paperwork to fill out, so arrive early).
Michele was my anesthetist for the procedure. So friendly and so nice. She takes her time to explain the procedure and the results you can expect. It’s nice to not have someone in a rush to get you in and out. I was treated like a long time client, despite using a coupon.
