Charged me $ 85 for a service call I requested to investigate possible leak in sprinkler system leading to a persistent front lawn puddle (even on stretches of days with no rain, mind you). The serviceman did a cursory job, turned on and off the sprinkler system and said it did not look like a leak in the sprinkler system. My handy bro-in-law who was visiting investigated, found a leak in the sprinkler system, repaired it. Receptionist would not hear my complaint out and defended the service person. I requested a call from the manager or owner to discuss the complaint and never got a return call. Very unprofessional company
