I agree totally with the other reviews. I ordered a lot of Roses. Some have struggled and been revived. One, despite being treated twice in the manner described by their «professional horticulturist», it was clearly dead. Due to the time taken in treatment it went beyond their «warranty date,» which they failed to mention. In addition, they did not care that I had called in in a timely manner. They did not consider circumstance and did not stand behind their product while delaying until they did not have to. I strongly urge you to consider another vendor. If you think this unusual, read the other reviews here, and then look up other concerns listed about them from other sites. You will see that I am not alone in this experience. They do not care how long term a customer you are, how experienced you are with roses, or how much you order. It may well rank among the worst customer service of those out there. Do I think they care about these reviews, no. They trust they’re marketing will make it up with new customers. Their guarentee? Don’t expect any help.

Poor quality and overpriced for what you get. everything I have ordered from them has died off within weeks. also they sell off your contact info to other businesses without your permission. I have also attempted to get off there mailing list with no luck. would not buy from them. go to your local grower instead for better product
