Two Cousins Pizza

2 Cousins is a little pricey. I love the rolls its like Pita. The chicken cheesesteak felt dry and the only way to give it a flavor Is by adding sauces. I wouldn’t recommend going here and find a different pizza place, there’s a bunch of them In HOckessin.

Best place to get pizza in Hockessin. Not there is much competition. Garlic knots are also tasty. Pretty consistent quality thin crust pizza.

This place used to be great. The only thing they have going for it is that their food is good. The telephone receptionist is rude and ditzy. You are quoted a delivery time the once it’s twice that and u complain they are quick to give you attitude when trying to cancel the order. Better customer service and it would get a much better review

I agree with those who describe this as the best pizza in the area, and by that I mean traditional pizzeria-​style pizza — not gourmet or coal-​fired pizza. That’s a different dish, in my view. But all of that is beside the point, because Two Cousins makes the best cheese steaks and pizza steaks I’ve ever had. Anywhere. Their secret is their home made bread, which is made out of their pizza dough. Really worth the trip!

So this isn’t going to be the best pizza you will ever have, but some of the other choices make up for it. First off, the garlic nuts. So good, and you should definitely order more than you expect to eat. They are super good the next day if you kept them in the fridge.
There cheesesteaks are great because you can order them in the half a sandwich size. I love this because I am never going to eat a whole cheesesteak in a sitting. Also, the bread is this interesting combination between a steak roll and a pita. It’s hard to describe but super good.
Service is hit or miss. They hire high school girls to work the front, and sometimes they are on point and sometimes they seem lost, like they don’t know where they are.

This is the best pizza in the area. They did make a mistake and put sausage on my pizza. I never order sausage… until now. It is sliced thin and full of flavor without being overpowered by fennel. Their Sicilian is very heavy and could easily feed 6 people or more. Stick with the thin pizza. Antipasto has pickles in it? Wings are OK but no celery and the blue cheese could be better. The girl (sorry) that answers the phone is very nice and always pleasant. Delivery service may take a while but it is worth the wait. My orders have arrived hot and accurate.

Service is ok but expected of a pizza joint. I used to love their food but last two times, the food has been average at best. The quality has seemed to deteriorate and overall taste feels as though it was rushed. No longer will this be my go to place, which is a shame given its so close to home

I’d like to give 3.5 stars. They do a solid job. The pizza is really good. Their sauce is delicious — my favorite in Hockessin. And the pizza has just the right amount of saltiness to make it tasty and perfectly paired with a cold drink. The eggplant parm was okay. But the fact they serve beer is a huge selling point for a quick dine-​in.

it’s a shame to write this review since it’s some of the best pizza around, but lorddddd is the service and the bitchy girls working the counter TERRIBLE. All these girls working are incredibly snotty (the last 3 times I have gone in) and act like they are too good to be working there.
They talk down to you, are not personable at all, maybe their high school problems are too much to handle while working as a counter server at a pizza place for minimum wage.
Regardless of how good the pizza is, I will never be back unless I hear these snotty girls are gone.

There is not much that could be further from real pizza than this place. It’s like bad fish, as long as people keep buying it, someone will keep selling it. The one star is because they think they are selling something good. The four they are not getting is because they are not.

My wife works nearby and offered to bring home subs one night. This was about 6 weeks ago. She now has to bring them every week.
We have had subs and pizza and loved it all. Their subs are on great rolls which is what really makes an awesome sub anyway.
Next time you want pizza or subs give they a try. You will like it.

Very good pizza, and amazing garlic nuts. Fun to go for a quick and quality meal. Reasonably priced, and good service.

Recently have noticed a number of times where the pies toppings are a bit skimpy. We usually get a half and half and the end up being ¹⁄₃ and ¹⁄₃ with a bare space in between. Go figure

There’s a reason I know this phone number by heart. Two cousins is always my go to when I want a good slice of pizza or a hearty dinner. It’s a small mom and pop style shop with very tasty food. People at the counter are usually polite and the place is kept pretty clean. Whenever I stop in, the wait isn’t very long but the majority of the time I get delivery. The wait for delivery is usually 40 — 50 minutes and totally worth it because it’s my favorite Sicilian style pizza around. P. S. You gotta try the garlic nuts. Yes, they’re called garlic nuts.

About a 3.5: After an unfortunate circumstance with a restaurant around the corner, my husband and I came to check out Two Cousin’s Pizza, located in a little plaza off of Lancaster Pike in Hockessin, DE. This restaurant has been around since ’92, and they offer pizza, wings, baskets (shrimp/​chicken breast), stromboli, calzones, hot/​cold subs, and side items (broccoli bites, french fries, fried mushrooms, etc.). The restaurant was pretty expansive, with two parts of seating, TVs in the corner playing sports. I had the Cheese Steak sandwich and a side order of Garlic Nuts (half-​dozen order). The cheese steak sandwich was actually pretty good! The bread that they used was very soft and fluffy, sort of like a ciabatta-​type of a roll — the steak itself was cut up and seasoned well, great amount of cheese and mayo (I probably would request extra mayo next time) — quite delicious and it satisfied a cheese steak craving that I didn’t know I had that time! The Garlic Nuts that everyone seem to rave about was quite underwhelming, as they were just small bread clumps, sprinkled with garlic seasoning and salt — it was more on the bland side, and didn’t seem so fresh. I would love to come back and try out their pizza next time, as I’ve heard that it’s thin crust (yum!); I do definitely recommend the cheese steak, though — very simple and tasty.

Two Cousins was the highlight of my drive when I used to visit my four cousins in Lancaster, PA.
Part hunger, part deliciousness… Two Cousins is just awesome. The pizzas were always consistent and baked well. Nice crust, sauce, fresh cheese. It’s been almost 15 years. Maybe 20.

Excellent food. Excellent, friendly service, timely delivery. 5 stars, no question about it!

It is a shame that their food is good because their delivery service is HORRIBLE!
We ordered a medium pizza and 30 wings at 2:40 pm on a Sunday with a 45 minute delivery estimate. At 4:00 I called to see where our order was… without asking who I was or what I ordered, I was told «It is on its way» and she hung up. At 4:40 (2 HOURS AFTER ORDERING), we still had no food so I called to cancel. «Oh, sorry about that.» is what I heard from the girl on the phone before she quickly hung up on me. Mind you, we are a measly 3 miles from this place. SHAME ON YOU, 2 COUSINS!

Try the broccoli/​feta white pizza… super yummy!
Amazing pizza… they serve thin & thick crust and these scrumptious little garlic knots. Super casual place & they also serve alcohol. Friendly service & reasonably priced.
So glad I had a chance to try their pizza & I can’t wait to try some of their other varieties next time I’m in the area. Based on the other reviews, I know I won’t be disappointed.
