The service is typically pretty quick and the man who typically works the counter at checkout is helpful, honest and pleasant. I have taken my car here a few times and got what I believe are fair prices and honest appraisals. I did not rate it higher as the last time I was there, some of the mechanics stood in the garage yelling things at me about my car (and its bumper stickers) and then proceeded to actually BARK at me yes, like a dog, as I drove away. I was highly offended by this unprofessional behavior and I know that the owners hold themselves and their business to a higher level than these men demonstrated.
