Willow Hudson Dry Cleaners

Love these folks. They do our house keeping and dry cleaning. Very professional and they go the extra mile. They even got red wine out of a cream shirt for me. So happy I discovered them.

Fine for getting a single shirt dry cleaned but wouldn’t take any serious alterations here. Customer service is not good.

After trying several different cleaners along River Road, this has become our go-​to dry cleaner, especially since they offer pick up & delivery to/​from our building and are always pleasant & professional.
Unlike some of the other cleaners we have tried here, Willow Hudson has never lost any items sent for dry cleaning and our garments are always clean & properly pressed (e.g., no «cat face» wrinkles in dress shirts; stains are removed without damaging the garment or leaving evidence that it was treated with stain remover).
They have also accommodated requests for next day service at times when my fiancé needed shirts the very next day for a last minute business trip.
Pros: delivery/​pick-​up; quick turnaround on short notice; consistently great work; prices for cleaning men’s dress shirts & oxfords.
Con: prices for women’s clothing (which is why I gave them 4 and not 5 stars).
