Ultimate Smoke & Vapor

Stopped by here to grab new liquid and plan ahead for my future vapor pen purchase.
Was met by this tweaker of a man who was jittery and odd — fine.
But his attitude was terrible and he was not friendly at all — bummer.
He as vaping in the shop when I came in — cool.
But wouldn’t do samples for their over priced liquids — fine.
But had no problem breaking the seal and opening a liquid for me to smell — okaaaay?..
I don’t know much about vaping and just started to quit smoking — it works! I was asking general questions that he couldn’t answer and his default response was «there are literally BILLIONS of brands» okay relax dude
My ears perked up when he said a battery was $ 45 but he would give it to me for $ 30 because I was getting a juice. I later found that that same battery runs for $ 11-​$ 15 everywhere else.
He was terrible and ruined this experience tbh. I expect to go into a Vape shop to be met by friendly people who are looking to spread the word about this still semi-​new THING.
On top of that everything is ridiculously overpriced — paid $ 25 for a liquid that I got for $ 11 near Wall Street. Literally you should google the things he is selling you right then and there before you buy!
I won’t be back.

This place is a serious rip off, stay far far away. I purchased a tank and it was marked up over 100% when I checked on prices from other retailers. I tried to return it and they stated they do not allow any returns whatsoever even on unopened merchandise. Buyer beware do not purchase anything here without first checking prices from other retailers.

The staff is knowledgeable especially MikeyG that kid is the coil whisperer seriously … They fix broken vapes, hook u up like crazy and the atmosphere I’m the store is awesome, right next to the path train too so that only about 20 mins from 34^th street in manhattan
Highly Recommend this Store for all your vape needs especially since the staff will help u get the right stuff for you not just to sell u whateverthefuck and make u leave

I found the store to be very helpful to fulfill my needs. I had a problem with one of the products that they sell (manufacturing problem) and they contacted the manufacturer and the product was replaced. I think they have great customer service!

Reasonable prices for juice around 6 bucks for 10ml but the guy who dealt with me had absolutely no knowledge at all when I asked some questions about different juices. I asked which were popular, what were the flavors and so on in order to make a choice but the dude was clueless! It would be great if they set up a little sampler station to try out the juices before buying.
On the other hand I went in to get a 5 pack of upgraded Kanger coils and they tried to charge me $ 20 plus tax. These coils are $ 14 bucks inc tax at practically every vape store in Manhattan.
It’s a shame, this place is right next to the PATH and the store is well laid out with a nice selection of hardware but I would only go back there for juice.
