I started going to Tutti for manicures within the first month it opened and have been pleased to return every month since. Cleanliness is the highest factor for me when going to a salon and Tutti maintains the highest standard. The facility is brand new and the all white décor with natural sunlight is beautiful. It doesn’t smell like a typical nail salon at all. When you walk in you are greeted immediately. I have only had to wait for a manicure once and that was on a Saturday around 3pm. I have had multiple technicians and everyone has been great. The only less than stellar technician I had was a young girl who filed my nails way too low, but I could have done a better job at paying attention to help explain as well. Most of the tools they use are packaged so you don’t have to worry about bacteria. Regular manicure is $ 12(amazing) plus tip. Note, all tips must be in cash. I have brought many friends with me to Tutti and have recommended it to anyone looking for a great, clean, friendly, and consistent salon.

I’ve been to several nail salons in Hoboken since moving here a few years ago. When Tutti open last year, I couldn’t wait to check it out. The salon is really clean and has the best selection of nail polish in town. Their massage chairs are some of the best around. Almost every technician I’ve had has great attention to detail and does a great job. Two issues: 1. The HBIC is very annoying and doesn’t seem to treat the staff very well. She’s also really rude when you pay with credit card and doesn’t allow you to ever tip on card. I’ve seen her refuse to accept tip on card and let the staff go without. Given that this is one of hobokens higher end nail salons this is just off. 2. They have one guy on staff. He usually does clients gels. I’ve had him do my nails a couple of times and he’s always left polish on my cuticles.

The salon is beautiful and everyone is friendly but for the price I was hoping for better. They have special polishes like Zoya and Butter London which is a plus, but both colors I picked from those brands were too thick and I was told to choose something else. My toes had already been painted so I was trying to find a color that matched. After being told three times to choose another color because the salon’s polishes were unusable, I picked a Vinylux Polish and they said it’d be $ 5 more. At that point I figured they would have just let me do Vinylux without the upcharge since ALL of my previous picks were bad, but nope. The pedicure massage lasted literally 15 seconds on each foot and there’s polish all over my skin. The manicure was great up until the polish application when he, again, got polish all over my skin. Then I had to specifically request that he clean it up a bit(seriously?) and now the sides of my nails look uneven because he took polish off of the nail itself in the process. The polish is also bubbly. I could paint my own nails and do a better job. Sticking to my other tried and true nail salons in Hoboken. Will not be back.

I went in after lunch and they were able to take me right away. Not sure if something was wrong with the products… but the woman had a very difficult time getting the gel polish to adhere to my nail. The place is beautiful and everyone working there was friendly. Bottom line: My gel manicure lasted one day.

Worst experience ever! Just got home and very unhappy! I made an appt by calling and the guy didn’t even ask for my name until I said would you like to know my name. So he told me to sit at the pedicure chair and he would be right with me. Couldn’t find a coat rack so I put my coat on the back of the pedicure chair and it fell off. I then saw a coat rack in the far corner of the place I said screw it I will rest it on my pedi chair I’m sure they will hang it up for me. Nope !! So I’m sitting with my bag and coat on my chair. I then ask if the vinylux is more and he said $ 5 more I had to ask about every price for everything !!! Then he gave me a menu and right on the menu it shows you get a drink and I wasn’t asked. I asked if they had callus remover and he said $ 10 more. I could get a manicure for $ 10 somewhere else. Menu prices only included pedis nothing else. I couldn’t decide if I wanted the callus remover and he said he needed to know now not sure why I couldn’t think about it for a min. They also have a rewards system which is displayed in over 5 places and never asked me if I wanted a card or the program. Well guess what I won’t be coming back!!! I then asked if they do back massages he said yes but we don’t have the chairs. I said okay I would deal so they sit me on the drying chairs turn it around and my head is on the wall of the drying station. Mind you it’s not comfortable. The woman giving me the massage is grabbing my shoulder fat. This is a back massage not a shoulder massage!!! No pillow for my head nothing. I guess nobody gets a back massage but for the high prices I expect a lot more !!!

I’ve always had good experiences with Tutti Nails. The space is very modern, relaxing and clean and I don’t think you’ll find their vast selection of nail polish elsewhere in Hoboken. The polish is kept very organized and you can tell they aren’t thinning it out or letting old bottles sit around which is a huge pet peeve of mine. They’re inconsistent with offering tea or water so if they don’t mention it, just ask. I used to go to Zeni Salon down the street which has a similar atmosphere(but smaller). However, I always felt rushed because they don’t have the space to accommodate the number of people who come in. You can tell by the way they treat you that they really want you in and out. I appreciate that Tutti Nails has tons of chairs and they don’t rush you. I live close so I pop my head in to see whether they’re busy but if that’s not the case for you, your best bet is probably to make an appointment.

Fabulous pedicure, BUT the expensive manicure cut up my cuticles and left many cuts on my hands. Shame on me for not telling my technician to take it easy with the clippers, but certainly not the outcome I would have liked after spending $ 40 on a gel manicure.

The services are nice even though they’re expensive, but the actual pedicure was terrible. I’m very unhappy with the paint job.

Beautiful Salon, fresh, spacious, always time for YOU when you drop in. Nice Asian ladies with a service mind only Asians can provide. What more can you ask for? Price is good too. For me living in the building its a «no brainier». Not 5 stars because a full pedicure with callus removals, massage and relax as basic can only be provided in Asia. Hoboken standards, I should have given 5 stars…

Modern, spacious, and clean nail salon. Wide variety of polishes– Essie, OPI, Butter, Zoya. I had a regular mani/pedi with Luna, who was very friendly and meticulous. She made sure my nails were cut and filed to the same length. Free wifi available, but I just wanted to relax in the comfortable massage chair. What a zen atmosphere… will definitely return again!
