Maxwell Place On the Hudson

This review is for 1100, one of the newest buildings in the Maxwell Place complex. To be honest, I’m not even sure if it’s totally full to capacity yet but that’s probably going to occur soon.
The amenities here are quite nice. There multiple pools shared within the complex, gyms, conference room, party space and an awesome rooftop area with a bar, grills and giant television. I could imagine that for sporting events on a warm night… it’s great.
In terms of soundproofing, the walls seem pretty thick which is a plus for those that enjoy films but as it’s an apartment complex, it’s always nice to think of those around you.
I can think of very few negatives during my times spent at the Maxwell Place complex, overall… it’s pretty great!
