I recently closed on a condo in Hoboken a couple months ago. Matt Brown of the Hudson Realty Group was beyond helpful. This was a first time homeowner scenario and Matt was extremely patient and insightful with any and all questions through the process. I highly recommend Matt, great guy and well knowledgeable.

I would absolutely recommend Hudson Realty Group and Peter Cossio to anyone looking to buy or rent in Hoboken. My wife and I just recently purchased a condo in Hoboken and am very satisfied with the professionalism, competence, honesty and humor that Peter provided.
Peter was also super accommodating with times to show us condos and answer questions. If you are looking for a place in Hoboken or the surrounding area, I would highly recommend them!

My experience with Hudson Realty Group/​Halstead Property, and Peter Cossio has always been a pleasure. His commitment, competence, and honesty make the process of buying property painless. HRG is extremely helpful when it comes down to showing property; for example, Peter really takes note of what his clients are looking for, and intuitively shows them fitting choices. I always feel comfortable asking him questions about the process and trust that he’ll put me on the right path.
And if you happen to be moving from out-​of-​town, Peter’s knowledge of the community he serves is amazing. From the best shoe-​repair guy, to the best restaurants… just ask & he won’t steer you wrong.

Ask for Lindsey Brown as she’s simply the best!!!
After a horrendous experience with one realtor who was recommended by a friend, I found Lindsey randomly by using google. I was pretty distrustful at first but after having worked with her for the last 9 months, she’s the only person I’d ever recommend and trust with real estate. If I could, I’d make her my accountant, lawyer, psychologist and everything else in between. She is patient, knowledgable, detailed and most importantly, responsive and follows through.
I really don’t know how I would have gotten through this real estate nightmare I’m in up to this point without her. Even it the deal falls apart, I’m grateful I had Lindsey as my realtor.
