I went back to the store today after noticing that one item on the receipt(purchased a week ago) was double charged and some coupons were not applied. The lady at the register today really helped me to figure things out and went through all the troubles to fix the charges and issued me refund. They really trusted and respected their customer and I really appreciated it! Thank you Gap! I will certainly come back for more clothes for my baby boy :)

Went in to purchase clothes for my son and was checking out when the sales girl tried to get me to apply for a credit card. She was so annoying after being ignored in the store that I left. I’ll buy online it’s such a pain.

I’ve been popping in every now and then for some maternity wear. I swear the selection is bigger than the Gap at Herald Square. There’s always a sale here, which is great. My only complaint that they don’t have a restroom for customers — which is a big deal for moms-to-be.
