I was surprised to see one tiny lady come in with her cleaning supplies. However, she did an amazing job! She left my one bedroom looking spotless! She moved the couches and cleaned every crevice. I was extremely happy with her work and I’d definitely use this service again in the future!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. NO ONE SHOWED UP TO THE APPOINTMENT. Had a 2pm appointment. At 230 I called and was told someone would call me back. At 3pm I called to make sure they don’t charge my credit card because no one showed up. Was told again someone would call me. So completely unprofessional. Stay away

I scheduled an appointment waited for an hour after the scheduled time and no one showed up. I emailed the office and they told me the maid came and knocked and no answer. Are they serious??? First off my buzzer is so loud it wakes up every one on our floor so I know that’s not true. Second, if the maid said she showed up and did not get an answer when she knocked logical next step would have been to call right? I mean a food delivery service does that!
Very unprofessional I should have received a call to see what happened from the owner or manager and not the email I got that state she came and that was that.
Don’t use them if you are looking for dependable trust worthy service. Customer service is job #1!!! Emaids take a class and learn it!

Great service, they came in on time and been a great help.
Had my first cleaning today and my roomie said it’s good to be home!
